Tower of the Immortal Tower of the Immortal is just that, a huge towering castle of limestone at the heart of Velo City. It stands as a "beacon" for the weary... If you choose to see it that way. Tower of the Immortal is the tallest tower and is the main residence of Nova Kane. You can come inside of the beautifully embellished castle and see it's pure white marble floors and walls, said walls decorated with delicate art, various normal looking statues standing guard in the hallways. That being said, the entire castle is immersed in magic's of both the light and dark kinds, and therefore it is a spiritually conflicting place to the soft of will and soul.		3	37	The Coffin Opens... 	Velo City Court An area within the Tower of the Immortal where all trials are held. Velo City Court is located roughly a quarter up the tower.	0	0
City Square The City Square sits right in front of the Tower of the Immortal's main entrance. From one of the lower balconies of the towering fortress, a messenger can be heard shouting out recent civil council decisions to the awaiting public. The square is a busy place, constantly full of rushing citizens, as well as guards due to the square's close proximity to the Tower of the Immortal.		0	0
Upper Market The upper market district sits the closest to Tower of the Immortal. Industrialised things, such as; clothes, fine furniture, and jewelry can be found in abundance here, as well as restaurants and small businesses. Lower Market The lower market district. Unrefined crafts and goods are sold here. That being said you can find things such as fresh crops, raw lumber, livestock, and unrefined metals in great amounts. Often dubbed the "Poor man's market" as it is closest to the city walls, and the furthest urban district from Tower of the Immortal. More illegal things such as drug trade, the selling of stolen items, prostitution, and gambling happen more often in this area.		0	0
Shadow Market Shadow Market is a literal underground market. The black market of Velo City. It is held in the ancient catacombs of the city. This is the nastiest, most dangerous of the districts to be in; human slaves can be bought and sold here as well as various strange animals, illegal substances and everything in between. This district is not for the faint of heart or stomach.		0	0
Help Wanted! A large bulletin board stands in the city square, it's covered in multiple "Help Wanted!"and "Assistance Needed!" fliers. Take a tab, contact the employer, and do your job. Velo City Port Velo City Port is the Lower Markets's wet market. Freshly caught fish, crab, squid and other sea food can be found here. Some of the market residents have set up various Sashimi and Sushi bars due to the proximity of the fresh seafood, though, not all shops should be trusted readily. Kitten Ground The "Kitten Ground" is the ultimate playground designed by Sicarius when her brother took over the city. While it caters more towards those of supernatural descent any and all are welcome. The playground spans several acres in all directions; half of the playground actually inside of the nearby forests. The playground is littered with beautiful flowers, ponds, water fountains both large and small, and many rare and beautiful trees and gazebos. There are several pools large enough for swimming; with several hundred foot slides that lead into the water. There are several hundred foot high dry slides, swing sets that stand nearly a hundred feet tall, and various jungle gym equipment, tubes to climb through, rope bridges, and climbing walls. The playground equipment is made mostly out of living wood, rumored to change shape at Sicarius' will, causing the playground to often change.		5	65	An Unexpected Va... Morbid Forest Morbid Forest. This forest is huge and sprawling, it's depths still virgin to mankind's reaping hold. That being said, this forest of sky scraping trees is deadly, bio-florescent and poisonous to-the-touch fungus grows rampant; huge untamed beasts roam the woodland... Velo City Prison The city's prison. Brutal and cruel would be an understatement. Due to the higher council's firm and twisted beliefs on justice the inmates are tortured in wicked ways; cut open and studied by scientists or maybe experimented on...All magic within the prison's premises is forbidden. The site was enchanted with heavy and powerful anti-magic enchantments when the prison was being built. Any attempt to use magic will backfire and harm the caster.		0	0
