Demi had more than accomplished her goal for the time being, and there really was no other reason for her to remain in Shinkai Shigai. Especially given the constant summoning feeling she was still receiving from Destiny. So, homeward bound she was.
She ran through the city like a bullet; vampiric speed an amazing thing at times like this. Just as she was about to hit the shores and end up getting herself soaked she launched herself into the air, flying off.
She rocketed through the sky, heading back towards Edge City where she had come from to begin with. It wasn't long before the ocean changed to land, and not long after that that Edge City came into view... she was back home, and now she could see exactly what Destiny needed her for...
