Palace of the Rose A grand palace located at the very top of the inactive volcano. This palace is three stories tall and houses dozens upon dozens of rooms. Paper lanterns decorate the area as do an assortment of colorful rose bushes. This is the palace that the Boss of Soubi Shigai lives in, and is kept locked to the majority of the population - though it is often a curiosity that people come to check out from outside of the doors and courtyards. Rose Academy Rose Academy is the elite school in all of Soubi Shigai. School uniforms are a must for any hoping to attend here. Rose Academy is a sprawling campus that caters to all grades: K - 12. There are separate buildings for K - 5, 6 - 8, and 9 - 12. There is also a separate area for the cafeteria, gymnasium, offices, auditorium, ect. The school is well decorated: rose bushes surround the area as do beautiful fountains. The school also has student housing for those transferring in from other countries, or areas, who cannot travel back and forth daily. Rose Academy caters mostly to magical beings - or humans with the ability to use magic - with classes also designed to teach a variety of magical arts, as well as a variety of fighting styles.	0	0
Afterlight Afterlight is a purple bricked, two story building. There are plate glass windows in which the name Afterlight is scrolled elegantly across them in purple lettering outlined in gold. The shop itself sells magical items such as scrolls and potions that can be bought by the general public. It also sells spell books and other magical wares. The inside of the shop is lined with black and purple colored shelves that are filled with all manner of magical items and strange oddities. Table's draped in purple and gold cloth also showcase a display of magical items, spell books, and general information about spells and magic in general. There is a counter towards the back of the store where the registers are, and behind this is a purple curtain that not only hides the back room of the shop but access to the upper portion. Afterlight has a state of the art security system and a door bell system: this allows the owner to keep un-wanted individuals from being able to enter the shop as you have to be buzzed in to be able to access the building.	1	1	First Day of Bus... Market District From cafes to restaurants to an assortment of different stores: whatever you're looking for can be found here. The Market District takes up several streets and is crowded and busy morning, noon, and night. It's one of the places in the city that never seems to sleep.	3	31	Milk Tea!
