Soubi Shigai's Rules and Regulations

Below is where you can find the rules and regulations that all within the city limits must abide by. These rules are absolute and cannot be altered or changed except by those granted the power to do so (such as the Boss of the city, or her highest officials). These rules cover all areas of the city, including its sub areas; as well as an expanse of five miles within all directions of Soubi Shigai's shores.

• Unless given permission by the Boss of Soubi Shigai only RM and URM powers work within the above mentioned limits of Soubi Shigai. All other powers (MP and PC) will simply be negated and cease to work until the user vacates the city premises.
  
• A suppression field covers the entire above mentioned area knocking all stats for anyone not granted permission by the Boss down to +5 (or lower, if they weren't +5 or higher to begin with).
  
• Destruction and extinction level attacks do not work on Soubi Shigai due to a rubber band effect that coats the entire area: attempting to do so anyway will cause your attack to bounce right back at you while leaving Soubi Shigai and its citizens unharmed.
  
• All threads are Kill-Enabled.
  
• The Boss of the city and those highly ranked are capable of entering any and all threads; including those that have been marked as Private or Invite Only.
