The Re-up [Phone call to Starlette; Starlette only]

This was quite spacious. Spacious indeed. His living quarters was like a mini apartment within a house; there were several rooms containing beds, as well as a smaller room with a bookshelf inside that could be thought of as an office. There was even a small kitchenette, several bathrooms and a living toom to boot.

While normally he didnt keep much in his room, let alone a small house within a house like this, he planned on decorating this place, as he had no intention of leaving anytime soon. Perhaps the boss could recommend some place where he could get some paintings or such.

As he flopped onto the couch in his living room, he would pull out his cell phone again, firing off a text message to the information broker to request the contact info for the supplier. After the text was sent, he would get up once more to begin making himself something to eat; something simple. Thank god he'd gone grocery shopping.

Out came the pots and pans, meat, veggies and seasonings. The potatoes were washed and set to boil, the oven set to preheat; Samael was just starting to cut up the onions when his phone beeped. He would glance down at the phone as he washed his hands, mildly annoyed that the broker wasnt a bit faster with his information gathering. When he felt his hands were clean enough, he picked up the phone and quickly scanned the message. Evidently, the broker was appologing about the delay; he'd had an emergency come up that he'd had to take care of. Couldn't really blame him for something beyond his control. He was human afterll.

Copying the contact number out of the message, he would turn his pots down to low and dial the number.

Vatican Phone:

Starlette had decided to fully drop out of school, something that put her a bit at odds with her grandmother. Because of this, as well as the money that Junior had given them, she had decided to open up another shop in another location. It would have the same sort of protection that Junior had placed on this one – all security being wired to Afterlight, but it would be in a completely new city: Soubi Shigai to be precise.

She was just going over the plans for her shop when the phone rang. She picked up, repeating words she had memorized by now very well, ”Hello, you've reached Afterlight. This is Starlette speaking. How may I help you?”, polite and professional, as always.

While she waited for the person on the other end to respond she would pull out a pen and a notepad, ready to take notes in case it was needed.

"Uh, yea, hi! My name is uh, David Iscariot. I"m calling to place an order for some apothecary supplies." No need in beating around the bush, nor giving this female his real name. While she was listed as a approved supplier, it didnt mean that everything was cofidential; it simply meant that her wares were known to be good.

"Just let me know when you're ready, ma'am."

Starlette listened to the man give his name, and say that he wanted to order some apothocary supplies. Nodding to herself she checked to make sure that her pen worked before responding, “Alright. Give me the list of what you need and the amount and I'll be able to price it for you. Also, will this be a local delivery or not?”

Starlette would fall silent, patiently waiting and ready to write the list as he gave it to her.

"Seeing as you don't have a shop out here in Soubi, I'll come to Edge to pick up the order. I need a pound of Dead Sea Salt, a pound of earth from the Dead Sea and five reams of inscription tags. OH! And would you happen to have anything on Enochian?"

His list wasnt much, but it was very specific. He was hoping that she would have the items he requested.

Starlette would take notes as the ingredients and their measurements were given. She would pause, though, upon hearing he was from Soubi. A slight grin spread across her face. ”Well, actually... I'm planning on opening up a shop in Soubi; in fact I planned on heading over there later this evening to ensure everything was ready. I have these supplies you need there; if you could wait until then you won't have to worry about coming the whole way to Edge.”

She didn't mind if he wished to come to this shop; she just figured that it would be easier for her to just give him the supplies he wished for in Soubi.

What was this? She was opening a shop out here in Soubi? This would be awesome; she even had stock of the items he wanted in Soubi. "Uh, no actually. If you're opening in Soubi, then it will save me a trip to Edge. This is great, Miss. What day do you plan on opening?"

”Well, I intend to heading over there today, actually. I can have your order prepared by this evening – it won't take me long to get there at all. Or, you could come by in the morning when the shop is officially opened. Either way is fine with me.” Starlette was more then willingly to help people after all, and it was no trouble really: she had ensured the majority of everything was already ready so that she could have a smooth opening day before finding someone to take over for her and run things while she ran her shop in Edge City.

She would be there tonight? That was good news. Perhaps it would be best to beat the crowds; given what Rose Academy was, he was sure the place would be crowded on opening day. "This evening would be perfect. Just name a time and place, and I'll be there to pick up the order."

So, it would seem that tonight would work wonderful for her soon to be customer. Grinning a bit to herself she would respond, ”Um, give me about two hours. That should give me plenty of time to get there and ensure the supplies you need are out of storage. That good for you?”

Samael would nod, despite Starlette being unable to see him. "Alright, bet. I'll be over in two and a half, just to be sure. See you then."

Closed the phone, he would turn back to his food, turning the heat back up so that everything would resume as normal.

Starlette nodded. ”Alright, I'll see you then.” She hung up her phone, grabbed her bag and broom, and prepared to head out.
