Listed below are the laws that must be abided by while within the village and region of Konohagakure.
1. The only powers, no matter if they're considered MP or PC, that work within the boundaries of the region of Konohagakure are those listed in the Shinobi Application:
- Ninjutsu
- Genjutsu
- Taijutsu
- Kenjutsu
- Fuuinjutsu
- Puppetry
- Senjutsu
- Summoning
- Medical Ninjutsu
- Archery
- Elemental Manipulation
All other powers that do not fall under one of these categories will not work: there are no ifs, ands, or butts to this rule!
2. Unlike the rest of the world there is a different ranking order for the region of Konohagakure that goes as follows from the village leader down to the lowliest ranked member:
- Hokage
- Jounin (S Rank)
- Jounin (A Rank)
- Special Jounin
- Chuunin
- Genin
- Citizen
3. Unlike other areas on Heaven attempting to leave the village of Konohagakure without permission will result in your character becoming what is known as a "Missing-Nin" and therefore will make you a target and a hunted individual. To leave the village without this happening you must gain permission from the current Hokage (Aisling).
4. The life and world of the Shinobi is a dangerous place and as such [No-Kill] threads are not allowed. A shinobi must be on their toes and ready for anything! So, all of Konohagakure and the surrounding areas are Kill Enabled!
