Laws of Ground Zero
1. Ground Zero has been declared a disaster area. Individuals must have +19 Endurance and above to survive here without aid, otherwise they must be in possession of special gear. Individuals below +19 Endurance without gear will die in 3 posts.
2. Ground Zero is a lawless wasteland. "No Kill" topics are not allowed.
