1. This entire island is Death Enabled. This means that "No Kill" topics are NOT allowed. Everyone is fair game.
2. Due to the island being moved it is now under a similar phenomena as Edge City, known as the "Baby Dead Zone". This Dead Zone covers every single area of the island, and while in it certain things are impossible and instantly voided: teleporting, time manipulation, being 'outside' or 'unaffected' by time, PC abilities, any sort of Precog blocking, attempting to destroy the island, or causing any sort of super destructive attack. This void cannot be negated, or avoided - if you are on the island by either being on it, above it, or within 100 feet of the shore, you are affected. Trying any of these will cause an instant failure to the ability, while leaving you open for attack (this means that if you violate this rule you cannot go back and edit or fix your post, you are stuck leaving yourself open for anyone who might be around to attack you).

3. At ANY given time, and without warning, Amaranth Kane reserves the right to boot any and all peoples she sees fit off of her island with little to no notice (this is done forcefully through magical/forceful means). She also reserves the right, if they refuse to leave, to either have them removed by force or kill them. (This means, if I give you so many IRL hours and you don't bail? I AM allowed to legally kill your character).
4. Due to the island having been created by Destiny Kane and Amaranth Kane both females can manipulate the island freely. They can cause the island to do as they see fit in any manner of speaking without the need of prep posts.
