After Amaranth left Darkman Tower through the window she crossed Edge flying like a blur. She wasn't necessarily in a hurry to go home in case she was in trouble, but figured it was better to get it over with. Besides, she didn't know how worried her parents were, but she was sure they definitely were going to want to see for themselves that she was okay.
