Destiny had returned to the tower to be informed that Amaranth had gone over to Pacific City to deliver the cure: and then was refusing to leave. She had been pretty pissed off at first, but soon calmed herself down - she had been killing people since she was four years old so she couldn't really blame her daughter for wanting to go help out Alec and Vigilante and it wasn't like she didn't have the skills to do it.
So, with Artemis with her after receiving permission from Avery, she flew out of Edge City with her little sister in her arms and over towards Sunset Island, figuring it was time to let Ghost and Holeman know what was going on...
