Dez was practically running by the time she reached the checkered floor of the main room of the tower. As she headed towards the front doors to the tower she spoke into her wireless communicator, "I've perfected the cure for this zombie outbreak. I'm going to deliver it to Edge and see how my brother wants to get it to Pacific City. I'll be back shortly; I'm not going to be away long." Figuring that would do well enough in alerting everyone to what was going on she headed out of the door and took off.
As she ran wings burst out of her back. A single flap of said wings had her up into the air and soaring at full speed out of the darkness, across the water that seperated Makkura from Edge, and through Edge City itself. She headed straight towards the tower she could see in the distance, and landed on the roof upon reaching it...
