Niala had spent a little bit of time looking around Makkura and seeing all of the growing the village had done since the last time she had seen it. She had stopped in to say hello to some of the people she hadn't seen in a while, and then had heard about how Alec was staying here in Makkura but Junior was returning to Edge and would be taking control of the city.
Figuring she had spent enough time away from her desk for the time being Niala had taken off back to the city; heading straight into the tower and back to her desk.
