Get Off My Island [Private, or Invite][NR]

It was time to stick some boots up peoples asses.

She had completely shut down the tourism already - nothing a few phone-calls and an anger filled voice didn't and wouldn't solve. The reason behind it? Well, the one she gave them was some nasty hurricane that was headed towards the island: not that the hurricane out in the ocean ever moved, but that was besides the point. So, she had booted all the tourists off as an emergency evacuation of sorts. It was enough to get them moving - several hours of a heads up for them to pack up their children and be gone.

It had taken less than two hours to have every last one of them off of the island. Each family was given specific letters that stated anything found that was left behind in the rush to get them off the island would be returned as soon as the storm passed: and they were also given free passes equal to the remaining of their stays for them to come back when the danger passed.

Not that the hurricane was honestly any danger...

No, the danger was the fact that Amaranth had grown tired of people coming to her little island and causing trouble. It was making things unsafe, and she didn't put up with human casualties like others might.

Not at all.

Each life was precious to her.

So, now that she had the humans safely out of the way, and with minimum complaints given the good deal she had given each and every one of them, it was now time to get the less-than-human people off of her island.

She wouldn't remove her natives (anyone with a red name), but everyone else was getting the boot: including Himitsu and her dragon Re since they were the main two she knew were still present on the island itself. She had sent a specific messenger with a letter stating that they were to leave at once. No if's, no ands, no butts. They had eight hours to leave the island or they would be removed by force. If they still refused? The island would devour them by hour twelve.

She was tired of the random attacks, and it was time to start handling things like the Boss she was.

If they didn't like it? She was more than willing to fight them off the island... and she was sure many of her people would be willing to do the same. She was going to do some serious damage control before she openly welcomed people onto her island again.

So, upon receiving conformation that the message had made it - which was in the form of the messenger, a small Mew looking creature returning for some berries - she started the clock... They would have until eight that evening before the removal by force would start... and by midnight before the island would eat every last foreign person on the island.

The only one who was allowed to remain was Haikyo, simply because she was souly her Uncle Junior's responsibility and because of the special circumstances revolving around her - not that they were on the island anyway, the last she had heard they were still in Edge City, probably still in the penthouse. Anyone else, unless considered family - such as her mother, Demitria, or any other Kane? Was not to come onto the island, unless given express permission to do so.

So, there Amaranth stood, after handing the small Mew creature some berries before it flew off, arms folded across her chest, weapon attached to her hip, and cape billowing behind her. An angry look was in her eyes as she stared off at the ocean, fueling the hurricane with her anger....

Time was already over halfway gone. A little more than two solid hours remained for those who had been told to get off could without being removed by force, hurt, or worse: killed. She wasn't playing games, and soon everyone would realize this. This was her island, and she was going to do what she needed to to ensure the safety of those who lived there: those who belonged.

Amaranth didn't need to look at a watch to know, or even look at a clock at all. She could sense it, that perfect eight hours she had given for them to pack up their stuff and get going... it was almost done. Then it would become time for more desperate measures...

So, there she remained, staring up at the sky and the ocean, watching the water, watching the hurricane in the distance. Arms were still folded across her chest, and her red cape was still blowing in the constant breeze...

Would they leave in time?

Or would they suffer some sort of violent removal?

Or worse... death?

Two hours... two complete hours until she booted them off of the island by force.

Six more hours until the island would devour them into food and grow some new plant, or have some new animal pop up for one of the many areas. Or hell, the island could even grow larger - it had happened before, and there were plenty of possibilities.

Why weren't they leaving?

Why were they still here?

Did they think she was bluffing? That she was joking around?!

That she wouldn't do it?!

She would! She would in a heartbeat. She was tired of the random violence. She didn't want to live in that sort of a world: that was why her island was completely crime free or else. That was why she was booting them off now. She didn't know them well enough to trust them. Maybe they'd be next to attack her, or someone she cared about, or some innocent.

No, she wasn't going to risk this.

She was putting her foot down. This would stop here.

Would the removal have to turn violent?

Why weren't they leaving?!

Did they think this was a fucking joke?

A great big fucking chuckle fest?!

Were they mocking her? Thinking her too scared, too little to follow through with her threat?

Did they think she was pulling some sort of temper tantrum, that she would suddenly change her mind like a normal child? Suddenly decide that she wasn't going to forcibly remove or slaughter those who opposed her wishes to leave her island?

As her temper grew so did the hurricane, so much so that the waters near the shore were beginning to become rough, slapping up against the many boat docks. So far it hadn't reached extremely dangerous levels... but who knew? With the way her temper was flaring, something that usually didn't happen... anything could happen...

They had fifteen minutes left.

That was it.

Then the fun would start.

Then she would show why she was Boss...

It was time... Time was up.

Where they going to leave?

Or would she have to have them removed by force?

She would wait, wait and see....

She didn't want to get violent if she didn't have to... but she would. Oh yes. She was tired of playing the little girl - hiding behind everyone else, letting everyone else fight her battles for her.

It was time to stand up and prove what she could do.

And she would, if she was disobeyed.

When she was done no one but the natives would be left here... Then it would be time to give the island a work over.

Gone.

They were gone.

They had flown away. Or rather, the dragon had flown its master away.

Good, no more people for her to have to keep a not-so-needed eye on. No more having to worry about casualties, or random violence breaking out.

Now it was time to fix up her island. To turn it into something far more dangerous than what it was. To make it as well wired as it needed to be. Cameras, video, sensors... the island would have it all when she was finished, and so much more...

Turning, she finally looked away from the sea and sky and hurricane she had been staring at for eight straight hours.. turned and went to go get to work.

Sensory devices, both magical and electronically, were placed first all along the island; both in places someone would think to look and places someone wouldn't. Cameras followed this, all with the ability to record even the softest of sound; again some of the places were obvious while others were not. There were even ones placed beneath the oceans surface, and not just around her Underwater lab. She was making sure that nothing got on her island that she didn't know about.

What else was she going to fix and change? What else would she be updating?

Only time would tell...
