Each city will have jobs for you to do based on your Rank and level of skill. All jobs will have both a good and negative side depending on if you're the good guy or the bad guy. You must choose one or the other, but do not have to do both, or there is now neutral for those jobs that won't have both sides..
Depending on the level of difficulty for the job will depend on the word count needed to complete the job.
Easy: 500+ Words
Medium: 750+ Words
Hard: 1,000+ Words

As previously mentioned your Rank depends on what jobs you can take.
Hard: Boss, Underboss, General/Lord, Hit-man
Medium: Boss, Underboss, General/Lord, Hit-man, Henchmen, Informant
Easy: Everyone
Now, jobs are paid based on the rank of hardness for the job itself.
Easy: 0 - 500 Credits
Medium: 500 - 1,000 Credits
Hard: 1,000+ Credits

Location: Is there a specific location for your job?
Payout: How much does your job pay?
Good: The good choice of the job.
Evil: The evil choice of the job.
Neutral: For those jobs that don't have a good or evil side to them.

You can create jobs and wait for them to be approved so that you and everyone else in your city may accomplish them as well. You simply fill out the job template and post your job in the Job Creation section.
When you've done a job in your city go into the specified area for your job and link back to where you completed the job so that it can be looked at, and if done in a satisfactory manner, approved and you can be paid.
