This.. has to be the most agitating concept to any T1 fighter; someone coming along and stealing the moves they've busted their buttocks to create. So, here are a few simple rules dealing with the subject and ways to go about things.
Ability stealing is not allowed at all (this is defined as apping something that someone else has just simply because you looked at their Ability List and liked it, even though you've had no sort of IC contact with them at all). If you're caught doing it you will receive a verbal warning. If you continue to do it then you will face a suspension and then a ban.
If you wish to have a similar ability get with the person who has the ability you like and try and talk it out with them; explain to them your idea first, and see if it's okay with them. This is the best way to avoid having issues.
If you suspect someone has been stealing abilities, whether they be your own or someone else please privately bring it up to a member of staff via a private message or Skype. We'll try and work with you and get the matter resolved in as timely of a manner as we can and in a way that everyone can hopefully leave happy when the situation is over.
Special Note: This has been updated to include taking the same moves for each and every character you have. What is the point of having multiple characters if they can all do the same thing? From now on if you wish for two chars to have the same moves then you MUST RP one char teaching it to the other. This is to help keep it fair!
Also, anyone who has been caught taking abilities that are similar to someone else's will find the ability has been removed from their List until that character is legally taught.
