Everyone here on Heaven gets to start out with several free freebies, both items and weapons. Once your character has been approved you will be able to app three MILD MP based powers (think basic fireballs, mild water manipulation, ect) and two basic weapons (this means no enhancements, the weapons would come as they are listed in the item mall. If you go to create another item not listed it MUST be basic).
Please keep track of all freebies given and remain in your item and ability registries. All freebies HAVE to be approved by staff before they can be placed into your item list, even if they’re a pre-approved item already listed in the item mall; this is to help us keep track of all used.
Special Note
As of January 23rd, 2015 all freebies that were given previous to this date are unapproved. EVERYONE must abide by the new freebie rules, even if they already had a character approved. You will only be allowed to keep your freebies if you can prove that you role-played enough to actually keep them. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we’re attempting to make this site fair for all willing to work for what they want.
We will allow everyone to take TWO Special Characteristics to begin their character with, however they cannot be Physiology's, nor can they have sub categories listed.
As an added bonus we have devised a way to give out freebie starter ranks. Please note that these ranks are first come first serve and once they're gone they cannot be replaced. Below is a list of how many each starter rank gets and the word requirement needed for them. Every city starts out with the same number of freebies listed below.

(2) Hit-Man: 500+ Word History
(3) Henchmen: 400+ Word History
(3) Informant: 300+ Word HIstory
