Name: Hidden Gun (Right Wrist) - Appearance:
Type: Weapon Rank: RM Description: The Hidden Gun, also referred to as the Pistol, was one of the innovations for the Hidden Blade, and consisted of a small firearm with a very short barrel. Though it was an excellent weapon for assassination from afar, it would give away its user immediately after firing, due to its loud discharge and smoke. The Hidden Gun fires small, hard penny-sized bits of lead. The user must possess knowledge in both the Fuuton and Katon elements. While bullets fired from the gun lose power and momentum after a distance of about half of an average city block, leaving moderate to light bruising should they hit an intended unarmored target, at close range/point-blank range the damage it does is devastating, capable of penetrating high-ranked armor, blowing large, gaping holes into flesh, and removing limbs. A headshot at close range can decapitate a target easily. Upgrade: Phantom Blade-- A modification to the Hidden Blade that adds a firing-dart mechanism to the Hidden Blade, making it both fast and deadly at long range, and allowing it to fire poisoned darts.

Name: Shéng biāo (Rope Dart) Type: Weapon Rank: RM Description: Shéng biāo, or rope darts, were long-ranged weapons that could be thrown at enemies and, once anchored into the target, could be used to pull them over distances. Rope darts consisted of long ropes about 3–5 meters long, with metal darts attached to one end. A dart was thrown with the opposite end of the rope anchored to an object, or held in one's free hand. Abilities: / History: In 1720, rope darts were given to the pirate Edward Kenway by Ah Tabai, Mentor of the Caribbean Assassins, after Edward proved himself worthy of having ties with the Assassins. He most notably used one such dart to kill the infamous pirate Bartholomew Roberts. Shay Cormac, a fellow Templar and associate to Edward's son, Haytham Kenway, also employed rope darts during the Seven Years' War. Haytham's son, Ratonhnhaké:ton, used rope darts during the American Revolutionary War, after they were given to him by his Mentor, Achilles Davenport. The weapon could be thrown down from amongst the treetops to impale enemies, who could then be used as a counterbalance for the user to drop down to ground level, hanging the victim in the process. Accompanying this aerial attack, rope darts could also choke victims to death, if an overhead ledge was utilized to increase the pressure of the strangle-hold. Following this, they could also be thrown upwards to drag enemies from rooftops. In open combat, rope darts could also be used to impale enemies and drag them towards the user, allowing for a close attack or for a human shield maneuver, as well as to wrench the intended target to the ground for a quick, instant kill.
