The user takes on or has the form, traits and abilities of humans, allowing them to a take a human shape, prehensile hands, or do social activities such as whistling, playing sports or doing acrobatics, and also makes the user to speak the language of human. This ability can only be used by inhuman beings, such as animals, aliens, etc.
History: While not rare, this pendant is uncommon enough to not be well known. Passed down for generations, Neptune's Amulet allows those of Neptune's linage (merfolk and other aquatic beasts of non-mammalian nature) to assume human forms for long periods of time without risking death via dehydration. It has no other abilities, and only works for one master at a time. Each time one of these amulets is given, it must be bound to the soul of the wearer for the duration of it's usage, as it is their innate magical power that fuels the pendant.
