| - RM and Immunities:
Name: Complete Volition. Power Rank: PC. Description: The complete inability to be affected by others' powers that would affect the Free Agent in a way other than either directly attacking them or using the environment to deal damage. This entails having a small space around the individual and their own self anchored to the dimension and reality they are in, unable to be warped away or otherwise manipulated without their permission (dimensional manipulation will penetrate this after a small while). This person cannot be controlled without their permission. All of these are at the person's will, and they can allow such abilities they would be immune to, to work on them.
Name: Uniquely Immutable. Power Rank: PC. Description: The willful (that is, able to be turned off) immunity to Power Negation, Deletion, Suppression, or other powers that would manipulate his Tychokinesis, Reglakinesis, and Complete Volition. The first two can be simply overpowered by sheer force, as per normal.
Name: Combat Proficiency: Dual Blade Dance. Power Rank: RM. Description: Maven has exceptional skill with wielding two one-handed weapons at once. He can wield swords with masterful finesse, and can do more damage than normal humans could. With rapiers, he is able to pierce straight through people; with one-handed swords, he can slice about halfway through a 'normal' limb (even penetrating bone). In addition, he has great prowess in blocking or at least parrying normal physical attacks.
- Reglakinesis:
Name: Magical Law. (Reglakinesis) Power Rank: MP. Description: The ability to manipulate, create, and delete the rules or laws in one's personal space using magic; it also gives the user a very potent knowledge of rules and laws in their immediate area. This is a very difficult power to implement; even at Maven's +5 ability strength, this base magic can only do a few things.
-Change physical laws (such as those of physics) that only affect the user, and even then in a minor fashion; rather, these laws can only be changed their personal space, or a very small area around them. The user's Complete Volition extends to these laws, which cannot be changed or erased by others (this does not mean they cannot be violated). Typically, this does not allow for many other abilities' use, but it does allow the user to perform small feats like wall-walking or levitation.
-Make new laws that do not affect any physical concepts, but usually define courses of action; this is strictly for the purpose of Punishing those who break these laws. (These must be announced or made known in some way, in order to be applicable for Punishment.)
This ability cannot do anything other than the above on its own, and needs to have independent sub-abilities.
Name: Punishment. Power Rank: PC. Description: This power is automatically activated when someone violates the rules Maven makes (or already-existing ones in the area that he applies this ability to), once per infraction of a rule. This ability grants Maven additional power to cause some sort of harm or discomfort to the target. This ability translates into one of two things: -A +1 to Maven's overall strength, ONLY applicable to one action to Punish someone.. The boost increases to +2 the next time someone breaks a rule, and +3 the time after that, and so on; he can only apply each strength boost to one ability, though (as in, they are not passive boosts, but only one-time). -A -1 to the infractor or infractors' physical speed or ability strength at any point he could raise his own power using this ability. This lasts for 3 posts, 1 more post and another -1 for every additional infraction they cause. (This facet of the ability also applies to Maven, so he cannot break his own rules.)
Name: Unity Travel. Power Rank: PC. Description: The ability to apply the rules of other dimensions to oneself (thus, the user must know these rules and how they differ from their current dimension's). The user implements the rules of time and/or space from another dimension to themselves or a target(s), allowing them to move faster and possibly through objects that are solid in the current dimension, without physically changing anything. Doing so gives Maven a +1 to his speed whenever he uses it (but can only do so in small bursts). This ability can, when unaided, only be used on Maven, as well as inanimate objects or willing human-size life-forms that he touches. When this ability is empowered in any way, he can transport larger objects and life-forms, even against their will; when used as Punishment, Maven's ability speed gets added to his ability power to a max of 10 as a speed factor. Maven cannot take any offensive action during this ability, and for 2 seconds after he stops using it.[/strike]
- Tychokinesis:
Name: Magic Prospector. (Tychokinesis) Power Rank: MP. Description: The ability to manipulate luck and probability using magic. This, however, manifests itself at will, and passively does so in the guise of Serendipity, the quality of having very (but not obviously supernaturally) good luck, in everyday life. The user can engage in combat using this ability by manipulating the surroundings to make their targets, say, trip or otherwise hurt themselves through accidents; they can also cause unlikely events to occur in order to attack. Likewise, they can attempt to protect themselves by causing certain events to divert attacks away from them; they can also cause likely/impending events to not occur. This ability faces very little resistance itself, but the effects it causes are completely within the bounds of what could happen in the current situation, and thus might get trumped by other powers. The user cannot make anything happen that had a probability rate of zero to begin with, but can avert events with otherwise 100% probability.
Name: Probability Cognition. Power Rank: MP. Description: The ability to discern the probability of things currently happening (and as such cannot predict the future). This ability only lets the user know what they can manipulate using Tychokinesis, and only works on things they can detect with their other senses. For example, they can detect the probability of an earthquake at any time that they are in direct contact with the ground, or can know at any time they can breathe how likely an atmospheric downburst was to suddenly occur.
- Miscellaneous:
Name: Temporal Perception: Bullet Time. Power Rank: MP. Description: The ability to perceive everything around oneself as a crawl to all the senses, natural or not. This does not impair Maven, but rather allows him to react at high speeds to things that others could not, or things normally deemed impossible to react to.
