Users with this ability either is or can transform into an angel, a being connected and serving Higher Powers. Most commonly user simply manifests wings, inner glow and/or a halo, which is the usual form angels are imagined, but there are several kinds of angels who are far less humanoid, some ranging from strange to surreal.
For practical reasons angels can be divided into three groups defined by what they are formed from:
Physical Angels aren't necessarily solid matter, but they are material/energy beings with relatively defined/stable form and often at least somewhat human-like mind. Most users that aren't originally of angelic stock have this variation. Note that angels of this group aren't necessarily any weaker than those of the other groups, they are simply more "solid" in mind and body.
Spiritual Angels are completely spiritual beings, and thus far less bound to the laws of physics or single form. Many of them think in ways that are only tangentially relatable to humans, and their forms are both transient and often downright surreal.
Ethereal Angels are often both the most powerful and ancient angels, in some ways closer to sentient concepts than anything else. As such, relating to them in any way is likely impossible. Applications Physical Angels

User with this ability either is or can transform into an phoenix a mythical sacred fire bird, that symbolizes rebirth, immortality, and renewal in the mythologies of the Arabian, Persians, Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Chinese, Turks, Indians and Phoenicians/Canaanites.
Phoenix are described as a bird with a colorful plumage and a tail of gold and scarlet (or purple, blue, and green according to some legends) with a 500 to 1000 year life-cycle. Near the end of which it builds itself a nest of twigs (or whole trees) that then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young phoenix or phoenix egg arises, reborn anew to live again. The user can manipulate the flow of time of a general area or a specific target in various manners, the basics revolving around accelerating, slowing, stopping and even rewinding or looping. The range of area affected is proportional to the mastery of the user, with top levels can affect the entire space and time continuum.
Since "time" exists and flows within "space", the two are interrelated, and by manipulating time, one is basically distorting space proportionally. The effects of this relative distortion can vary, such as controlling time of a mere object or person may not affect the space they reside in, but to twist the time-stream of a region of space can cause the area itself to warp. Due to time existing in one space, manipulating it cannot affect another dimension. Applications

Users are able to demonstrate a natural aptitude for the ways of the sword. The user is able to wield a sword with great proficiency in speed, power, and skill, allowing them to perform feats such as stopping and deflecting bullets, decimate large objects or areas, cut through hard materials such as steel, and even hold back their strength to deal damage to their foes without killing them.

The user is able to create various items with no flaws. However, where forging mostly relies on raw material, this ability relies specifically on technological advancements. The user is capable to create powerful scientific devices, gadgets, and weapons that are capable of mass destruction. General Description: Jr mostly resembles his father but has his mother's red eyes. He has 2 large white wings and a halo above his head. He is usually seen wearing casual outfits that consist of a dark colored long sleeved shirt, a grey windbreaker jacket, loose fitting grey slacks and black sneakers. About You: History: The son of Alec Kane is one of 2 unique mixtures of Angel and Phoenix. Special powers were granted to the twins because of this fusion of these 2 bloodlines; Jr's being the ability to manipulate time. He has a twin sister named Serenity. With his father fighting in wars, a lot of Jr's youth was spent hiding, because Alec did not want him or Serenity to be dragged in. The blood of a Kane ran through his veins, and soon he'd found himself wanting to get out there and help his father despite his pleas to keep away. Jr began to train his Angelic powers. Serenity would sometimes challenge him to spars on the heliport atop Darkman Tower. He would also sometimes fight against and lose to his mother Sunaro, as she taught him how to tap into the Phoenix in him. When he turned 10 he met an Assassin named Coco, whom had a strange fascination with his father, and the same with him since Jr resembled him so much. She'd share much knowledge with Jr, teaching him many techniques while at the same time seemingly stalking Alec before mysteriously disappearing one day, never to be heard of again. Jr was practicing utilizing his father's trademark Angelic Speed one day. Tripping at the extreme speeds traveled sent Jr rocketing through the stratosphere and into outer space. After being absorbed by a "void" for several days, Jr eventually developed a bond with and the ability to absorb this void into himself. A separate dimension all its own and a sentient being, it granted Jr a variety of new powers, such as the ability to trap people inside of the void, use the void to travel extremely long distances, store an endless amount of items inside "pockets" of the void, and even create a suit of symbiotic armor. Unlike his father who loved guns and firearms, Jr took a particular liking to the long sword. An encounter with Alec caused the void to duplicate itself and take root within Alec, thus creating a second separate dimension, but not as powerful as Jr's. Despite Alec's attempts at keeping his children out of the dirty affairs and the constant war that was his life, Jr would soon find his way into the midst of "The Chaos Squad," the band of misfits and thugs that were in years of war with another gang who called themselves "Siths" and "The Kingdom." Killing several of them whom underestimated the child was a simple matter. He soon found himself being attracted to a certain CS female named Rebecca. The 2 of them grow close after a period of time. When it was revealed that Rebecca was a sith, hired to keep Jr occupied and controlled in a sith trap, he was forced to kill her, sending her body out of a 999th floor window of Darkman Tower. It was after this incident that Jr underwent a dramatic change. He developed a very lazy and laid back personality, taking a slow approach at life. He distanced himself from The Chaos Squad and the madness of The Sith War and began to wander aimlessly, somewhat like his Grand Father Darkman. Jr kept away from violent situations if he could, but if pushed he became very violent and relentless, tearing through his opponents in a blind rage that sometimes left them in bloody pieces. This would be especially if someone were to threaten or harm his family. It took a quite amount of pushing for him to get that way though, and for the most part he could often be found somewhere reading a comic book, eating or asleep. When most of his family disappeared through a dimensional door one day, Jr initially began to lose all hopes of seeing them again and give into his rage. He followed them through the door to find himself in a whole other world, inhabited by Ninjas. There were no cities in this world, only villages, and while this word did have forms of technology they were not on par with the machinery from his world. He came to find that his father and sisters had taken over a village called Makkurakagure - a place always covered in darkness - and that his father had taken to his old Chaos Squad ways. He'd killed several people, devastated one of the villages, and formed a criminal organization called "The Dark." In the center of the village was a Tower that had been sealed for over 30 years. His father managed to unseal it, and it becomes the headquarters for "The Dark," as well as their new home. Jr begins to read the numerous books in the tower's well-stocked library and becomes aware of the existence of an ancient Phoenix located in a desert not far from Makkurakagure. With the help of his cousin Nanalie, Jr travels to this desert and after a short fight, convinces the Phoenix to merge with him, named Hi No Seishin. Jr becomes the most powerful individual in Makkurakagure, even more powerful than his father. Because of this, Jr is named Kurikage, or The Boss. A summit of all Kage from each of the villages is called, which Jr attends. Because of the actions that his father called before his arrival, Jr is looked upon as little more than a criminal, a child, and a petty thug by some of the other Kage, Kenta Inuzuka in particular, a retired so-called hero in that world. He berates Jr, telling him not to feel proud of being in charge of a dump, and threatens him as well, saying further actions from Alec or anyone in Makkura will provoke him to destroy the village. Jr responds to the threat by stating that he grew up in war, he was used to fighting, he wasn't afraid, and to bring it on. After reporting back to Alec, they decide to make a statement, and the two of them destroy a village called Korikagure, a village in one of the "pole" areas in that world. After this terrorist act, nothing further is heard from any of the other villages, and Makkura goes on to be unchallenged for 5 years. Alec tires of that world where most just talk big but do nothing when it's time to fight, so through his machinations he returns to their world and takes the entire Land of Shadows with him. Electing to stay in Makkura and become the Kuraikage, Alec places Jr in charge of Edge City. As it's new Boss, new episodes are beginning.
