Description: User with this ability either is or can transform into an angel, a being connected and serving Higher Powers. Most commonly user simply manifests wings, inner glow and/or a halo manipulation, which is the usual form angels are imagined, but there are several kinds of angels who are far less humanoid, some ranging from strange to surreal.

For practical reasons angels can be divided into three groups defined by what they are formed from:

Physical Angels aren't necessarily solid matter, but they are material/energy beings with relatively defined/stable form and often at least somewhat human-like mind. Most users that aren't originally of angelic stock have this variation. Note that angels of this group aren't necessarily any weaker than those of the other groups, they are simply more "solid" in mind and body.

Spiritual Angels are completely spiritual beings, and thus far less bound to the laws of physics or single form. Many of them think in ways that are only tangentially relatable to humans, and their forms are both transient and often downright surreal.

Ethereal Angels are often both the most powerful and ancient angels, in some ways closer to sentient concepts than anything else. As such, relating to them in any way is likely impossible.

This usually entails that they are faster, stronger, more intelligent and overall superior to fellow members of their species without being obviously supernatural.

Applications:

General Description: Destiny can usually be found in a black and white stripped undershirt with a black open sleeveless vest of sorts over top of it. She also wears a pair of blue jeans and black combat boots. With this she normally wears black fingerless gloves on her hands. She wears little to no make up besides black eyeliner and mascara, and her hair is normally down unless she has it braided up in some sort of fashion.
Lastly, she wears at least one piece of jewelry at all times on her form; a special platinum necklace around her neck at all times, a gift given to her a long time ago.

About You:

History: Destiny Kane at the age of four committed her first series of murders. A group of what she to this day describes as "idiots" had been sent to try and either end her life or corrupt her and turn her evil. Her mother was no help and offered little to no protection against the group.

Instead this help came from a group her mother had got herself involved in known as the Chaos Squad. She became fast friends with Alec Kane who she quickly realized was just like her; an angelic being. Up until that point Destiny had been going through long and drawn out battles with the group of idiots that kept coming after her; after all, she had never been trained to fight.

That soon changed. During one of those battles it was revealed that her mother was behind the scenes pulling strings. She was the prime leader behind the group of idiots that kept coming after her. Her mother, Raquel, claimed that Destiny had power that no one could ever dream of, and that she needed killed while she was still young, before she could turn evil and destroy them all.

However, these lies fell to deaf ears. Those who Destiny had been spending so much time with, Alec in particular, knew only laughs and good times when Destiny was around. With her plan foiled Raquel threw adoption papers to Alec, telling him that if he wanted to keep her he could. Destiny found herself quickly adopted, and her new life began.

The four day long battle of dealing with the idiots came and went and eventually Destiny found herself up against her own mother. She quickly ended the woman's life. Though a few of the idiots showed up from time to time, climbing out of the graves they were constantly being put into, her mother never showed again.

Shortly after this Destiny met Ghost, and the two became close friends. As the years passed the friendship became more - even as, on several occasions, Destiny ended up turning them both back into kids, starting the whole growing up process again.

So, after having to go through the aging process several times over again they reached adults once more; and then had a child of their own, Amaranth, amidst a war that was beginning to break out, once again.

The war ended, finally, and Destiny figured it was time to start a life of peace... if such a thing would ever be possible for the angel; she had known violence since she had originally been a little girl, so she would only be able to sit back and see how long that actually lasted.
