| Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap.
Hmm. Was pretty quiet tonight. This little cafe here was nice and all but very few people. That was maybe due to the fact that Kenny had forced nearly everyone out of the cafe, just by showing up. Shame not many people accepted vampyrs at first glance, judging them on their history. Well...maybe cause most of that was true with the whole "See human, eat human" shit. That wasn't entirely true, some vampyrs were veggies, drinking blood through syringes or using a supplement but that left them weaker than most other vampyr. If they didn't feed, they grew weaker by the minute so it was good that Kenny had fed that day. He gently swirled the tea in the cup that had been handed to him a few moments ago before sipping it, the warm liquid sliding down his throat as he enjoyed every moment of it. The only thing that made his blood boil, mainly due to it's temperature.
Placing the cup down on the table gently, Kenny fixed his long black hair past his shoulders as he rested his head on his hand, arm perched up on the table's surface. His eyes, heavy and lazy with boredom, would scan the area around him as he began to scratch his family crest into the surface of the table with his sharp nail.
"My, how the world has became boring over these past few centuries."
He sighed, hating every moment of silence that had surrounded him, having followed his arrival to the cafe.

| She had spoken with Alec, learned that someone wanted to kill her with some sort of strange passion... Yeah, she was under the belief that Squall was obsessed with killing her. As if she wasn't going to die soon enough. Die and leave the mortal realm, leave her city without a just ruler.... Leave the world without leaving an heir to her seat... Without an heir her noble Mafia family would kill each other and anyone in there way to get the seat of power; tearing the city apart in the least dangerous of scenarios...
And just in that second she truly thought on how lonely she was. She had no partner, no children, no friends, her father was dead, she had killed her mother and even the person she valued as a brother had gotten... He had gotten his brains blown out all over her in a failed attempt on her own life. That metallic taste of Satoshi's blood and brain matter that had coated her open mouth. She had been mid sentence, enthusing to him about a new sword trick she had learned when BANG! a bullet entered the back of his skull and blew his face out, splattering tiny fragments of his skull, his white brain matter and crimson blood all over Himitsu when she had been only fourteen...
It was the most traumatic thing she had experienced with the exception of watching her father get stabbed five times in the chest and dying at a dinner party.
It hadn't even crossed her mind once that she might have needed a friend. No. She just trained herself to the breaking point, mastering her arts before tracking down the person that killed Satoshi. Tracking him down and killing ever single person he had ever shown friendship towards, killing every person he loved, before killing him. It had taken about ten years to accomplish it all. To accomplish her mindless slaying. But killing those people hadn't brought Satoshi back... It hadn't healed her hurts. It hadn't diminished any of her sorrows. Sure those people had been removed and could no longer harm anyone else... But the only taste that completing her goal had left in her mouth was bitterly sweet revelation that she had nothing.
And now she was reminded of it. It hit her like a slap to the face. No one would mourn her. After she was gone from the world... There would be nothing left of her, no children to continue her bloodline... There was just nothing... Nothing but a strong regret. Regret that she had been so careless to let herself become so sickly; regret that she was going to die so young with only experiencing sadness, betrayal and loneliness.
She couldn't be outside any more... She just couldn't. Looking up she opened the first public door she found and walked into the building. It was a cafe... and it looked nearly empty with the exception of a pale male. Walking up to the cafe's bar and placed an order for a tall glass of unsweetened tea and an order of Onigiri before choosing a seat, not that far away from the black haired male, and sitting down.
He said something about his life growing boring. Depression was draining and dulled most of everything. She spoke up, a rare occurrence. "At least your life isn't full of bitter regret." A small, thin smile played across her lips in a sense of what she would consider a sickly twisted irony.

| "Hmm...?"
His eyes began to raise slowly as he noticed a female with lovely long, white hair. Her face blank but her scent..excreting something damp. Sadness and Depression. Something like this, especially in large doses, tended to soften Gile up. Softened him to the core. He always did love to just drawn in people's blood when they were in a state of pain but...for some reason, he didn't feel like that, but instead, he felt more in tune with her. He'd been through something like that, hell, he had several centuries of that, each day felt like that but after the 500 mark, those feelings began to diminish. Yes. It had occurred to him that he did indeed once love his friend Alex in a more...romantic way. That took him several months to realise of course and it was obviously too late for him. Granted he could bring him from the dead but it wouldn't be permanent. The longest he could stay was for a week at tops and even then he'd be melting away, back to a pool of blood and bones. Smirking he looked back down at the table in front of him, hearing the woman's request for unsweet tea and Onigiri. Hmm. Women, never understood them but he didn't mind to dabble along their lines.
"At least your life isn't full of bitter regret."
Wasn't full of regret? The child couldn't be any more far from the truth. He couldn't help but shake his head in denial.
"My dear, I only say this in the utmost respect: You are wrong. If you care to hear my reason, simply say so and I shall pull up a chair and explain to you, why you are let off easy."
He said calmly, feeling slightly hurt. Heh. A Vampyr feeling emotions other than hunger and greed. He didn't like to admit it but every day was a constant battle of will for him to continue living on. The only reason that kept him going, was the fact that Alex had given him an opportunity to live the life to avenge him. It was a greed induced reason but ever since that day, Gile had dedicated every day to tracking down Alex's parents for doing this to both their child and Gile. The hate that Gile began to feel at that moment began to show in his eyes. His one brown eye soon turning red with rage, his right eye now glowing a fierce flame as the left one joined it. But he had to contain himself for the strangers sake. She smelled of something foreign yet enticing so one little outburst could have made him go for her but alas her feelings...began to dampen his rage and sooth him.
Relaxing in his chair, he moved slightly in his chair, smiling at the ceiling as he slowly swung his head back, resting on the frame of the chair.

| "My dear, I only say this in the utmost respect: You are wrong. If you care to hear my reason, simply say so and I shall pull up a chair and explain to you, why you are let off easy."
She wanted to hear his reasoning, so she spoke. "Yes, please do speak your reason. Come over here to my table and tell me your story. If you want, you may partake in some of the Onigiri I ordered. I might even tell you my story."
Everyone had their own set of regrets and mistakes and their own memories made, but when making them, did they know how bitter sweet they would taste in the future? She adjusted how she was sitting in the chair so that Ingrid, or Blasphemy weren't digging into her left side. Callous never bothered her, seeing as they were attached to her waist belt. It would help to be able to draw her weapons fast if this man tried anything funny, or if Squall had told the raven haired man to off her via some strange means. Paranoid? Why yes of course. Paranoia and trust issues tend to develop when you were raised with people taking hits on your family members, people you know dying one after one... It also came with being the head of the Mafia and the Boss of the city... Every were you turned there was someone... someone that just wanted your power... To kill you to achieve that power that you had hold of... As if ending you could bring them your power...
People were simply not to be trusted. Once she had been nice, open and kind hearted, but that was before everything went wrong... Before everyone died before her own eyes. ... But that was a story for later, after this man presented his own tale.

| Upon hearing her answer, he smiled and got up from his chair, fixing his katana, Bloodlust, that was tied around his waits. Dark Punisher was neatly kept in his coat pocket. Bloodlust, resonating his dark purple aura, was soon placed next to the tables legs while Dark Punisher, his trusty dagger, was placed on the tables surface. From the look of her body language, he could sense she was on the defensive. No, he wasn't going to attack her but if he had his dagger then he could at least defend himself if she even tried to bring her blade out. He sat just across from her, none but two feet apart, he crossed his right leg over his left, accidentally brushing against her leg but not without apologising after doing so. He raised his hands slowly but defensively, to show her it was indeed accidental in case she had second thoughts. His brown and red eye locked on to her angelic white eyes. Odd. Most people with site eyes were blind yet this one had indeed a remarkable hue to them, still maintaining her eyesight. Fascinating.
"My name is Gile Lamont, but you may call me Kenny. I'm a vampyr but I mean you no harm. Pleasure to meet you."
He said gently, reaching his hand out slightly for hers to gently caress his. Gentleman by nature, gentleman by death.
He smiled at her, his free hand clear in view as it was placed on the tables surface, his dagger on his right hand side where his other hand was. Little time for him to react if she attacked but it was best if she loosened up a bit. He didn't want someone on the defensive or at least, not on a high level of defence. He just wanted her to ease up though, if she didn't, that was entirely up to her. He bidder no ill nature for the woman.

| The raven haired man moved from his seat and walked over to her table, pulling up a chair before sitting down. He had a blade strapped to his hip, which he then removed and sat against the table leg before removing a dagger and setting said weapon on the table. His foot brushed against her leg as he got himself situated, he did apologise and raise his hands in an 'I'm innocent' fashion. That brush didn't hurt, therefore she wasn't upset.
The man had interesting eyes, she noted. One iris was bloody crimson, the other a dark brown. Maybe he had Heterochromia iridum, differing iris colours due to a trauma force strike or genetics. She always found people that had different colour eyes to be interesting people.
"My name is Gile Lamont, but you may call me Kenny. I'm a vampyr but I mean you no harm. Pleasure to meet you." She watched as the male stuck his right hand out, his digits brushing against her hand gently as he smiled. So, he was a vampyre with the name Gile that liked to be called Kenny instead. Interesting indeed. Lifting her right hand from the table she slipped her bony thin fingered hand into his, shaking it in the polite and proper manner as she returned his smile.
"I am Ishikawa Himitsu, the boss of Shinkai Shigai. A lot of people know of me because of my magical prowess. I am pleased to make your acquaintance." Her tone was soft but blank displaying the slight indifference she had towards most things. She was polite and proper in her speaking, keeping herself from showing the morbid sadness of depression that she was going through at the moment. The thought of having no one that cared about you was dejecting and dispiriting concept to accept. She was going to die, it was only a matter of time; maybe two or three more months was the greatest amount of time she would continue life. She would die without ever hearing the name 'mommy' applied to her, the title 'lover' or 'partner' would never grace the way that someone cared for her, the words 'I love you' would never kiss her ears.
Yeah. She was crest fallen and dejected with those thoughts.
"What you've said, that I was wrong... That fact has piqued my interest. Please, delight my ears with your tragedy." Her voice didn't express her interest very well though, as it was still quietly sombre. She did reference his life as a tragedy though, for anything more saddening than that of her own had to be some twisted tale, a wicked tragedy written out by the cruellest of malevolent gods.
She paused for a second, cocking her head to the side. "I'm sorry, but we'll have to finish this another time. It was nice meeting you."
With that she stood, pushing her chair in and leaving.
