1. Pacific City is a dangerous open area. “No Kill” threads are not allowed.
2. Supernatural abilities do not work in Pacific City; it is an URM area (Unrealistic Melee; think The Matrix, but not to the extent of Neo). While personal abilities/Special Characteristics such as Martial Arts, Enhanced Strength, Speed, Reflexes, Sensory and Tracking techniques are legitimate, game changing abilities (Control over elements, warping reality, teleportation, time & dimensional travel, re-writing universal laws, ect, ect) are rendered null and void.
3. No one is immune to the infection. It is a super virus to which there is no cure (yet). No matter what race you are and what immunities to disease they may have, being bitten or scratched by an infected will cause your character to soon become one of the undead.
4. No thread is closed. That is to say every thread is considered [Open] to anyone, and anything, including the hordes of zombies roaming around.
5. No one, outside of the Enhanced Infected will be able to 'get around' rule number 2 (and that is only to allow them to use their Enhanced Infected SC). There can be only 3 Enhanced Infected to start out as such; otherwise you must be bitten or turned.
