I'm Related To You? [Open][NR]

It was quite odd and yet it wasn't; being in two places at once and fully aware of what was going on in each place. Normally she didn't bother with such dangerous magic, but she felt almost compelled to go and check out this new place that had simply appeared and imagination manifestation made that happen. How did she know about it? Well, Himitsu, the woman who had ran the city before her brother had taken over it had left some technology lying around, specific technology that showed Sunset Island being moved backwards a bit to make room for some massively dark and large area.

So, that was where she was; this new country, this new village within it. She was on the edge, walking along it slowly and curiously. Sicarius stood five feet, zero inches tall and weighs an even one hundred pounds; with a slender figured pale skinned body; looking to be no older than thirteen or so in age. Mismatched eyes, the left being a neon pink in color and the right being a neon orange in color, are framed by light pink colored bangs which cover her forehead in an even line and hang down the sides of her face, ending several inches beneath her chin. The rest of her long pink hair is kept in two pigtails that are held together at the ends with gold silk ribbon tied into elegant bows. Light pink, fur covered cat ears are hidden by a beige colored cap that has cat ears and a cat face upon it. Sicarius has a long tail which matches her hair and ears, cat like in nature with several buckles strapped to it from which hangs a decorative gold chain that attaches to her black belt she wears around her waist. The young female wears a collar around her neck that matches the buckles from which a large gold bell hangs from. She wears a long sleeved black and white shirt whose sleeves go down to her knuckles and in which the length goes down halfway down her butt. Over this shirt is worn another which is held up by what looks to be matching buckles to rest, and from which a ragged shirt hangs which a cat on the front of it and which is black in color, which only covers her chest, torn decoratively at the bottom like her matching black skirt she wears that goes about halfway down her thighs. The majority of her legs, going halfway up her thighs, are covered by a pair of white stockings, soft material like the rest of her clothing. Finally, her feet are snuggling kept warm in a pair of black, leather, buckled boots which go up to her knees, but which stop before them.

Ears flickered as she listened to the natural sounds coming from the village; she wasn't actually a feline in race; she was the magical combination between an angel, Nevan Kane, and a vampire Malkavian, Maxi King - of course, one of those two enjoyed playing with genetics, thus the reason for her feline aspects. She stopped in front of the entrance, wondering if anyone was going to stop her if she happened to enter into the village. Figuring she was better off checking and seeing that's exactly what she was going to do; so step by step she walked to and into the village - at least of course unless she was stopped.

Alec was home. The halo had once again appeared above his head. Here, he didn't need to keep his eyes constantly covered, for he'd found that he could revert them between normal and Sharingan at will. He caused his Symbiote to shed the cloak he normally wore and reveal his sleeveless leather top, baggy white pants and Mesh Boots of his own creation. Many began to think that Alec was some sort of God, especially when he'd activated his spiritual angelic wings, but he assured them that he was still the same old Alec.

Someone appeared in Makkura. This person felt... familiar, like a mixture of the brother he'd only met once, and one of his best friends, Maxi. He got no bad vibes from her at all. Just from the feel of this person, who, after closing his eyes and zooming in on her through the use of the Chakra Radar which worked better than ever now that he was home, Alec could tell that she had some of the same blood in her.

”Sir, there looks to be what seems like... a cat-girl coming in the village...” said Kinzoku over the still functioning party line. ”And... i'm feeling really strange. Like... I just ate a bunch of sugar?... It's not a bad feeling at all. I just can't explain it though... Should I be worried/”

”No. That's just your body adjusting to our world. It's something you'll get used to. The girl coming in here is related to me, she's fine. Let her be...”

Alec started walking down the main street from the drawbridge before Dark Tower. Still he would receive strange stares, possibly because of the Halo above his head, or possibly because he was no longer blindfolded, and the sight of Alec's eyes was one they weren't exactly used to seeing. Still with his Blind Fury stick in his left hand, he'd sarcastically grin and wave, telling some of them not to be worried. He approached the cat girl walking into the village.

”...Sic...Sicarius?... You're the creation of... Nevan's son Nova, and... Maxi?... Hunh. They must have been busy while we were all over in ninja land... Are you here to look for me? My name is Alec. Maybe you've heard of me?... It would appear that i'm your Uncle. We've been... on a sort of vacation for the last 5 years, and now we're back. I imagine you might have a few questions; i'll be hapy to answer them!”

Telepathy still worked fine, it seemed, one of the many natural abilities of an Angel. Alec held out a hand for her to shake.

Sicarius's very distracted attention focused on the man walking towards her; she had heard stories of course about this man, and figured with the feeling she was getting that this had to be none other than Alec Kane; who just happened to be her Uncle. So, she stayed where she was as he approached and smiled while her ears continued to swivel and turn to continue to take in all of the sounds going on around her. She looked at the outstretched hand and extended her own to shake his.

Ah, so her uncle could use telepathy; not something that bothered her at all of course, though it did amuse her since most people wouldn't attempt to poke at the mind of a Malkavian; it made her respect Alec rather quickly. "Aye, I'm Sicarius. I'm the magical creation that your brother Nevan and Maxi created; I'm Nova's sister." She nodded then towards the village as a whole to answer his other question. "Well, I came looking for you a while back to meet you but, like you said, you guys were on vacation. As far as why I'm here now; well, my brother Nova has taken over a city - I believe the place was called Shinkai Shigai at one point in time? Anyway, he has taken that city over and claimed it as his own. I was wondering around and noticed a lot of technology aimed towards Sunset Island - apparently this Himitsu woman, whoever she was, had been spying on it for some time. I was wandering by the security office when I noticed the motion sensors going off; it changed the screens to images of... well, this definitely isn't Sunset Island unless you guys gave up on the whole paradise thing."

She shrugged lightly with another smile as her tail flicked from side to side. "Anyway, I figured I'd come check it out and see what was going on; my brother made me his Consultant - so I make it my job to keep up with what's going on around the world so there's no surprises. We're trying to keep our city peaceful; our people safe." She looked around again and then back to her Uncle with an eyebrow raising out of curiosity. "Why is this place here, by the way? It seems... different... than the rest of the world."

A magical creation of the two. Alec wondered where Nevan and Maxi were now. Things had gotten pretty bad between he and his vampire friend and Murder INC ally in their last encounter 5 years ago. He wanted him to know that there were no more hard feelings, and planned on possibly seeking him out, if he wasn't still in Edge somewhere.

Nova, the nephew he'd never met, took over that woman Himitsu's city. The mention of it and her made Alec rub his eyes and remember the incidents that happened. The woman sick and dying getting into it with one of his former employees, Squall. Him being killed by a Ghost. Among other things... but under new leadership – A Kane of all people - perhaps there was a chance for that troubled place to flourish.

”This place is called Makkuragakure, The Land of Shadows. Myself and several of my kids went to another dimension of ninjas. This village was on its last legs, so I took it over and rebuilt it. When things got bad there and I decided to come home, I didn't want to leave it and all of the friends i'd made, so I brought the entire country back with me... Seems like things are still active too, so I might as well start getting things back in order...”

Alec wanted to go back to Edge, back to his office and re-take his position as the head of The Company... but Makkura had grown on him. He didn't want to leave here for too long. Perhaps it was time for one of his kids to take his place. Jr looked like the perfect candidate. He'd already said he didn't really see himself as Kage of Makkura, so maybe it was time to send him back to Edge, and become the official Boss of Makkura, since most already saw him as such. He looked up to see the large orange object still speeding around through the dark purple clouds above the village in skies that were constantly dark.

”Jr... come down here and talk to me when you get the chance, alright? You might want to come and meet a new family member too.”

A large glowing orange bird descended from above. When it was close, one would be able to see that it was actually the aura that surrounded a boy. The boy looked just like Alec, except his eyes were red and his white hair was shorter. The boy was wearing his usual home outfit that consisted of a grey wind breaker, and grey turtleneck, grey loose fitting slacks and white sneakers.

The boy landed holding a bag of chips. The phoenix aura disappeared, causing the rising heat of the area to cool off. The boy crunched down chips, looking toward Sicarius with a sleepy expression. He had two large white magnificent looking wings, and like Alec, he had a Halo above his head.

”Saw her coming,” Jr said. ”Heard you over the party line too. A magical creation of Nevan and Maxi, huh. Maxi the crazy vampire that hears voices and stuff in his head like Demi used to? What're they called, Malka-something. Not bad...”

She was family and Jr knew this, so he wasn't shy. He walked to Sicarius and slid his right arm around her, squeezing his cousin somewhat. ”I'm Jr,” he said to her. ”Nice to meet you. Since you have Kane blood, you know that you can jump yourself to any of us at any time, and we can do the same, yeah? Handy if you ever get in trouble.”

"I want a hug, too...", came little Artemis' voice as she wandered over to where her father and brother were. She had been on her way to the park when she noticed that there was a... well, whatever it was seemed to be the mixture between a cat and a human. Adorable really, at least in Artemis' and her super enhanced version. When she had seen her brother hug this cat looking female she had figured it was safe enough to approach.

She stuck her thumb into her mouth and wandered the rest of the way over to her father. She stopped by him, or rather, behind him. She peered around his leg at the female with the cat ears and tail and then hid her face again. "Whose that?", she asked shyly as she tugged on her father's pant leg a bit.

She was still as small as she was over in the other dimension; though she now had a glowing halo above her head; though whether or not she had wings yet was left to be seen. Though, like her mother who was a Moor in this world, she had two tiny fangs, barely visible when she spoke.

Sicarius listened as Alec went on to explain the name of the place she was now looking at and why it was here. He had made friends over in another dimension that was filled with ninja and when he had decided to leave he hadn't wanted to leave any of them behind so he had not only brought them but the entire place with him. It was a nice story to hear; and caused her to continue to smile while her feline ears perked up happily. "Nice... I never thought about moving an entire country before... "

She then watched as someone or something with an orange colored aura desceneded out of the sky only to be revealed to be a younger looking version of Alec who was munching on some chips. Even before he wrapped an arm around her in a hug and introduced himself she guessed him to be Junior, Alec's son. "Nice to meet you, too.", she said with a grin as she returned the one armed hug. "And I think the name you're looking for is Malkavian. I'll have to keep that whole jumping thing in mind; I tend to get into trouble a lot... young curious kitten and all that."

Her tail swished from side to side which caused the chains that hung from it to jingle and jangle. It was at that point that she noticed little Artemis wander over and she blinked; the child was very young looking, and given the way she was looking at her she figured the little girl had likely been born in the other dimension.

”That's your cousin, Art... Her name's Sicarius. I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more of here from now on... Sicarious, this is my daughter, Artemis. She was born over in ninja land, so she's new here. She's way stronger here than she was there, so she has a lot to learn...”

The halo had appeared above Aretmis' head. He wondered if she'd also develop wings, and noticed also as Jr came down out of the clouds that he'd returned to his normal self as well, though he was still one with Hi No Seishin. How was she taking all of this? Maybe he'd ask them about it later on sometime.

”Jr... You were leader here, even if I was running things through you, but now that we're back home we should make things official. I want you to go back to Edge and run The Company for me. Niala will be your Consultant, and with her imagination powers and your ability to mess with time, I won't have to worry about anything going haywire. Makkura... it's grown on me, so i'll stay here. Everyone here sees me as the Boss anyway, and they'll be confused about this new place they're in... What do you think? You didn't really want to be Kuraikage here, I know that. If this is something too big to be dropping on you as soon as we get back home, i'll understand. We'll find someone else to go run things in Edge.”

Kinzoku was still adjusting to the new setting. He could see and also feel that Kurai was going through something similar with Kura. Alec just prayed that no one who'd come here from the other world was the type to let all of these newfound powers and strengths go to their heads. Alec was all for fighting, but not with any of his people.

Alec also considered creating some sort of Dead Zone or protection field around Makkura, as a precautionary method. Then again... no one was stupid enough to attack this place over in ninja land, and he figured it would be the same here; equally as stupid, if not even more.

Jr crunched down more chips and moved over near his father and sister when he'd begun talking. Go and run Edge... Honestly he looked forward to heading back to Sunset Isle, and lounging around it's beaches like he'd done 5 years ago, before all of this mess started. He was considered grown and a leader now, even if he didn't want to be, and sooner or later he knew his father would be handing over the reins to The Company to either him or Destiny.

Jr shrugged his shoulders while keeping his sleepy look and handing the bag of BBQ chips over to his little sister. ”Sure, why not,” he said, dusting the crumbs from his hands and fingers. ”S'not like I have to worry about some dog barking at me or anything like that anymore, right?... Yeah, sure. I'll run Edge, no problem.”

Jr took off, an orange comet speeding upwards into the skies before shooting off in the direction of Edge like a bullet; the sound of him breaking the sound barrier following soon after....

As she listened to her father explain that feline female was her cousin, Sicarius, she slowly stepped out from behind him. If Sicarius was her cousin then she figured she had nothing to worry about; even if she hadn't seen anyone like her. She then shifted her attention to her brother as he walked over and then handed her a bag of chips.

"Thank you!", she said as she took them, her hand instantly diving into the bag to pull out a tiny little handful of the delicious things. She then watched, as she shoved a few chips into her mouth, as her brother sped off towards what she assumed to be Edge City. There was a lot to explore in this world and she couldn't wait to get started; but first, she needed to get used to the way she was feeling now and that was likely going to take some time.

She reached back into the bag of chips and pulled out another handful. "These are tasty!", she said happily before sticking the handful into her mouth and chewing them up.

"So, someone finally took over that dump and is fixing it up, eh?", Avery asked as she came walking up. She had been watching from a distance, waiting to see if Artemis was going to end up over at the park or not - it might be safer in this world for her to roam around, but that didn't mean Avery wasn't going to keep an eye on her regardless. "I was going to... at one point... but that's too much work. I wish you guys luck.", she said as she reached the group.

She had overheard Alec asking Junior to run Edge City, so she assumed that that was where he had just disappeared to. Which meant they'd be staying here in Makkura. She didn't have a problem with that, of course, especially because the village had grown on her as well. She stopped by Artemis and patted her on the head before chuckling as her daughter stuffed another handful of chips into her mouth. "Just don't eat too many, okay? You'll give yourself a tummy ache."

She then looked over to Sicarius and smiled. "I'm Avery by the way."

Sicarius listened to the brief conversation between Alec and Junior, listened as Alec explained that he wished to remain in Makkura since the place had grown on him and wanted Junior to take over Edge City with someone else named Niala to help him out. At least she would know who was where now, in case her brother wanted that information. She figured she would ask him if he ever met Alec, and if not, then perhaps bring him here to meet him.

She then looked to the newest arrival. She took in the female's appearance and figured her to be Avery, one of the trio who had started to take over Shinkai Shigai but who had suddenly disappeared; at least now she'd be able to explain to her brother why. It definitely had been a good idea to come here; she had gathered a great deal of information.

Sicarius nodded with her own smile. "Nice to meet you, I'm Sicarius." She then glanced about again. "I suppose I should head back; I split myself in two to come here... I'm sure my brother is equally as curious by now to know what's going on."
