Spook no longer needed sleep, only periods of rest and meditation. Being outside all night and the elements weren't really a concern, so sitting on a rooftop underneath a shed or something of the like at night was not beneath him. He would occupy himself with long meditative states to harness and utilize his Chi, or stare at the tall, lit up castles in this city that he heard someone call "Skyscrapers."
He traveled about the big city, having saved a man from being mugged in an alley, looking for other opportunities to earn Ryo, except here money was called "Credits." Momentarily he stopped at a cafe to buy a sandwich and a bottle of orange juice with some of these "Credits." Spook found that he could fly through the air by himself if he really wanted to, when familiarizing himself with the new techniques that came with traveling to this dimension. Spook liked to do things the old fashioned way, and felt that he'd be cheating himself if he chose to fly rather than run. He promised himself to use this power among many others as a last resort.
Down the street, a masked man ran out of a building quickly holding something in his hands. A bag from the looks of things, spilling several Credits out as he ran and jumped into one of the metal boxes that were called cars. As the car made a whining sound on the concrete and quickly began to move away, someone yelled "They just robbed us! Someone get their license plate number!" Spook stuffed the last of his sandwich into his mouth before pulling his gas mask back down, and took off running after the moving metal box at a speed that was just unbelievable to those watching.
Spook was easily able to chase down the metal box, even without having to remove his weights. He ran after it through the traffic, jumping over cars blowing their horns and slamming on their breaks in fear of hitting this wild man running the wrong way down the street into traffic. He jumped and pushed himself off of the nearest building while turning his body upside down. While passing over the top of the metal box, Spook drew the Black-Hand Katana and made a fine diagonal slice. When he landed on the side walk across the street in a Ninja pose, the car separated into two pieces, causing a car accident. Spook noticed kids nearby spray painting some of the walls of the old buildings around with spray cans. He stared a while, fascinated.
Spook returned to the bank with the robber, the getaway driver, and the stolen money. Like the man in the alley, the woman who ran outside yelling awarded Spook with 500 more credits, which he thanked her for. Before she could ask him any questions, and before the crowd of people coming toward him could approach, Spook vanished from the scene by use of a technique called the Body Flicker. Nothing was left behind but smoke...
