To the tower he walked; his large form melting into shadows most of the way; until he was inside the compound. The guards would recognize him by now; more so with him hauling the unconscious Ryuukishi on his back. He must have smacked his head; that was the only explanation for why he was asleep. He was breathing well enough; and Flynn was smart enough to check for broken bones; which there where none of. He just needed to sleep it off; that was all.
Into the lift and up to the floor; short enough wait given the direct lines where quick enough. The door, a soft knock with a paw; the knock more from the door moving then any hard hit. His nose was used to push it open; tail pushing it closed when he was inside. A kneel of his front paws before he shifted forms; this would let him drop the dragon-kin easily to the floor as his body changed, as well as letting him lift to his feet without fuss.
"Obviously; he is not caught. The situation was... out of control; in a way. It seems he cares little for property damage; and the attitude screamed a danger to the population if I gave chase."
A roll of his head, neck cracking softly and a bit of dust lifting from his fur and into the air, "He... I want to confirm that he is human; but the suit makes that difficult. I could smell the energy, hear the hum of the technology. Something is strange about it; I an guessing it is why he was able to move as he did. Far to much for a normal human. I am not the most familiar with human technology; but it seemed extremely advanced. I may be wrong, however. The biggest concern I would note is, again, his attitude. Cocky, arrogant, more so then most humans. He seems to know little of other races; labels anything not human as freaks. Funny; my people thought the same of humans once; but we had better reason to."
An off hand remark; nothing more. Most Elder Races looked down on Humanity for various reasons; the Daoine where no different. A hand was lifted; thumb used to point to the unconscious male behind him; "I believe he only requires some sleep; I am unsure exactly why he is unconscious. What blows he did take did not appear to be enough to actually harm him; I am guessing he suffered a concussion of some sort. I am not a medical professional however; my opinion may be wrong."
"As for the failure of the mission; as I stated before, the chance of damage to the city's population if I was to give chase was extremely high; I likely could have subdued him fairly quickly; but it would have been far more damaging to property and life. Better to try again later; with a better team; and not so close to active population centers. Or at least; a team that does not have to worry about the laws of city, and the consequences of breaking them, as he and I did." It was why he had used a rune as weak as Wind; and without bothering to activate Shield; the combination together was likely enough to trigger some automatic defense of the city.
"For now, do as you see fit; I care not for the money or any of the other offered rewards. If you feel that you need to revoke the initial payment; that is fine as well; I have little need for money. At this time, I merely wish to return home; unless there is something else that requires my attention first?"
