The Vigilante quickly made his way through this area, running along the tops of roofs and hotels. Staying out of sight and placing his chips in random places was easy, for the moment. There weren't any super people over in this area, so he was confident that no one would see or hear him. If someone were to come across one of his chips, it would be worthless to them unless they had extensive knowledge of computers, and would still continue to function even if it were removed from where he placed it. He was almost ready for plan B, there was just one more place he had to visit...
