Vigilante hopped from telephone pole to telephone pole, placing his special chips upon the the transformers that he passed. The chips were relays, designed to bounce signals. This was a way to stay hidden for a while. Under normal circumstances someone could track him immediately, but these were designed to scramble the signal and take longer to sort him out. He put these chips all over the Ghetto, making sure to stay out of sight and move under the cover of darkness.
