Description: The user can achieve almost anything as long as they have knowledge of the language their magic is initiated by and power necessary to do so.

Application:

Approved.

Bumping for SC buying and Ability.

Approved.

Bumping for Ability purchase and movement of SC.

Approved and moved.

Bumping for reapprovals.

Stealth
The same with Drake, with the way this is written, the character does not exist in the HIF universe with this ability active. It's illegal to be "here but not here." If a lighter version is devised then it will be approved. The applications have to be trained and bought individually.

Psy Vampirism
The Mild MP aspects of this Ability are approved. The PC aspects (such as Astral Projection) Must be trained and bought. Also please be aware that absorbing energies from other characters is either a prepped (more preps, more damage) or a 'damage over time' ability (taking a little from opponents in each post)

Linguistic Magic
This is a PC ability and must be trained and bought.

Law Manipulation
As every city has it's own set of rules that it's Boss can enforce, this is approved, but since once can take control of another person's character with this sort of ability, using it means it has to be prepped.

Edited Stealth to allow being touched/felt. Think of it as the Assassin's stealth skill from PWI. You dont see them, and even if you know they are there, you cannot target them. But one AoE later, and you've knocked them out of Stealth if they are in range and can see them.

Stealth Approved
