Out of the hell fires and into the acid... this at least was tolerable. He could breath here... run, here. Make better time as he moved, tracked. Eyes where closed; he couldn't /see/ what he tracked; merely feel it. At the very edge of his sonar range, a ping; something that shouldn't be there but was; something he hadn't seen or felt in more years then he wished to remember.
Through the acid rains; past mutants and demons and all manner of foulness; never giving anything a moment to see him, stop him. Out of the badlands, into the outlands outside of the city he ran; glorious clean air; compared to what had been killing him before. For a split second; the smell of humanity and it's trash was welcomed; until his nose began to burn again. Glorious.
A pause; the very edge of the city's domain; a flash of light and a burst of energy. His runes; flashing and resetting; fixing the damage of the hell fire and broken world. For a moment, above his head; a portal of sorts; condensed into a rune symbol; hovering and waiting.
In the air; now a sound; a song... the voice of the tiger and a message intended for one person only. The only one that could understand; the only that would; hopefully.

A song; something he'd heard once in the village on the island he called home; he'd never forgotten it; and found it worked for now. It would make sense, hopefully. But to be sure... an addition...

From the rune; an arrow, completely formed from energy with no solid form. He knew exactly where she was; the arrow would track her anywhere; tuned to the bead he'd made for her. So long as she had it, this would find her.
A growl, almost a bark, really... and the arrow was fired. It was his only chance; it was his apology for his mistakes. He'd give one properly when... if... he was able to do this.
