Insanity meets the Sane [Kenny, or Invite][NR]

"I'm holding on so tightly, now. My insides scream so loud. They keep watching, watching me drown. How did it come to this?", came her soft sing-song voice on the wind. The fifteen year old looking female had perched herself up on the ledge of one of the many buildings around; this particular one was only about four or five stories high. A long black coat blew in the breeze, opening in the front to reveal the outfit underneath; a black tank top shirt, black jeans, and combat boots. A black bandana with a skull on the front of it was wrapped around her head and from it sprouted several braids and long blond hair; beads every so often along the braids.

"I can't keep going, can't keep going on like this. They make me sick, and I get so sick of it. 'Cause they won't let me, they won't let me breathe. Why can't they let me be?" Her form swayed from side to side, her eyes crazed as her currently yellow gaze rested on the people wandering about below; entirely unaware of what sort of predator waited for them up above, waited for that moment when the right thought was picked from their mind that would cause her to choose her target; and seal their fate.

"My heart beat stumbles and my back bone crumbles. I feel it is real, as the lynch mob doubles. They want blood and they'll kill for it. Drain me, and they'll kneel for it. Burn me at the stake, let the Devil make a deal for it. Guillotine dreams. Yeah, their guillotine gleams the blood of their enemies. Watching while they sentence me. Sentencing's decease. Sentenced deceased. Watch them bask in the glory of their holy disease." So, she had slightly more than a few screws loose, but that was the Malkavian for you.

Edge City. How lovely. Dark, damp with the scent of murder in the air. It was nice to have a stroll down the alleys and up the high street, his raven black hair just flowing gently in the wind as he would continue to brush by and steal from people's pockets, placing purses and golden watches into his pocket one by one. Seriously though, why would anyone be stupid enough to have these things lying around inside their pockets? None of it even began to make sense until his ears began to pick up on a noise...Singing? That infernal racket...New day and age songs? Whatever happened to The Inkspots - I Don't Want To Set The World On Fire? It was an amazing song and a classic too but no, children nowadays just floated arounds singing whatever ass shaking song popped up on TV.

And it continued...more and more and more...Mother of God. That's it. Feeding time. Kenny had already eaten that day but he'd be doing the world a favour by ending this noise! Upon turning back he instantly vanished into a flurry of bats, nearby children running away in fear as Kenny ascended into the skies, scanning the city before coming across the person singing...but...something seemed off about her. As he descended, Kenny reformed not to high above her, giving him time to land gently in front of her path. Standing there, the bats slowly retiring back to him to form his legs, his eyes locked into hers as he sighed.

"Uhm. You do realise where you are, vampire. Don't you?"

He said, face expressionless. Maybe killing her might not be so easy, depending on her age as a vampire of course. Singing in a city like this is just asking to be raped, mugged, killed etc. But again, she was a vampire so she could handle herself so...what was her ulterior motive? Was she trying to lure someone out of hiding? Attract her prey? Maybe Kenny was her prey...good thing he had his blades on him then...well, one blade. He left his dagger at home which might prove to have been a bad move...
