Name: Name of your Ability
Power Rank: RM, MP, or PC
Prep Count: How many posts does your ability have to be prepped before you can use it? The more powerful the ability the higher the prep count.
Description: What does your ability do? How do you do it? The more detail the easier it'll be to get it approved.
