The day of the Saiyan [Open][NR]

The Attack Pod entered Earth's atmosphere and sped down through the skies. It impacted a area of a floating island on which rivers of lava spilled off on several sides. The impact of the land was so great that there was a tremendous explosion, causing the entire island to rock. If no one inhabiting this island noticed that he was here, they knew now.

There were several long minutes before the smoke and fire cleared. A door opened on the Attack Pod, and from it emerged the Saiyan named Kyuuri... Since his 'Masters' were now dead, he was just a free agent, able to wander where ever and do whatever; he answered to no one now.

There were many powerful ki signatures on this small planet... something Kyuuri found strange. Were there actually fighters on this small, backwater world in the armpit of the universe? He doubted any of them would last very long against a true Saiyan. It was true that Kyuuri had been deemed low class, but in this day and age, class meant nothing anymore. with the right amount of training, anyone could become top class.

The gravity here was next to nothing, meaning he'd be able to fly with little to minimal ki usage. Kyuuri found himself in a desolate area that looked to have been something else before something, or someone, leveled the place. His blood began to boil after having been inside the Attack Pod floating through space for so long. Who would be his first victim...

This floating island had a castle. The ground below was made mostly of lava. It looked and seemed as if this whole place had been burning and on fire for years. The air stank of sulfur and fire. Had there been a battle here? Whoever managed to destroy this entire area this way had to be quite powerful. This was the kind of power Kyuuri aimed to one day wield.

As it stood, Kyuuri knew that if there were those here that could cause this kind of destructive power, he would stand no chance. So he would have to train... Kyuuri flew towards the castle in the distance and entered through it's main door, finding that it was inhabited by what looked to be monsters. Creatures from the underworld. After raising his power, Kyuuri began fighting with these things. Several punches, kicks, or a well placed ki blast was enough to drop them.

...But this wouldn't really do. These... things, whatever they were, weren't going to provide the challenge that would quench his thirst, so to speak. They were falling too fast, even though there was an army of them. Punch after punch, kick after kick, blast after blast, they all fell down. This was nothing he wasn't already used to. He'd cleared entire planets in this fashion; the weak inhabitants of the world he was currently annihilating clambering in a fruitless attempt to stop him, to preserve themselves.

The creatures began to run for their lives once they realized that trying to fight Kyuuri was pointless, and soon, besides the corpses, Kyuuri found himself in a deserted castle. None but these creatures inhabited it. Perhaps he would dwell here for the time being, and try to figure out exactly what he was dealing with when it came to what kind of powers lived on this world...

Kyuuri inspected the inside of this castle. Occasionally he came across another creature, and after a barrage of punches and kicks, it was on the ground, struggling for it's life.

"Weaklings, all of them..."

There was nothing here besides creatures. Mutants. Scum of the world. Some of these things had on what looked to be the remains of normal clothes, so maybe they were the mutated inhabitants of whatever city or community used to be here.

A freak ran in at him from the dining room, to be grabbed around it's throat with a taped up hand. It thrashed and grasped at him violently. "Really. Is this the best this place can throw at me?" he said, before hitting the thing with a violent uppercut. Rapid Movement placed Kyuuri in the air to meet the freak, to drive a foot into it's chest as it flew up to meet him. The thing sped back to the ground again, to smash through the floor, creating a large dustcloud. After pointing an opened palm down at the thing, a Ki blast was sent in to finish it off. There was an explosion which rocked the whole room and knocked pictures off the wall.

He didn't care about tearing this place apart. As he moved to the next room, the sound attracted more attention to him. Other freaks and creatures appeared from other areas to intercept him. He would dodge their blows for a while before delivering nasty counter attacks of his own, often sending them to bounce off of walls, or through them. In the kitchen, there was a fat demon waiting, it's head and face covered in blood and entrails, as it appeared to have been eating the freaks that wandered in too close. Kyuuri was quickly upon this thing, launching punches and kicks that appeared to do no damage. It swung back, knocking Kyuuri across the room to crash into things. Kyuuri was left with scratches and a bloody lip, yet he gave an evil grin as he got back to his feet. "Finally. Something worth fighting," he said, as an aura appeared around his form, and his powers began to raise, creating a violent breeze.

He was here. There was a big floating island in the middle of all of this madness, with a castle. The scanner easily recognized the life forms below as ghouls and demons, but whatever the big power was inside, all readings came back as unknown. He'd only planned on coming here, doing a scan, and bailing out, but now it looked like he'd have to go in.

He should have asked the girl if she needed a ride now that he thought about it. If she couldn't get here on her own, Jr would probably come up with some way. V landed on the island and began making his way across the land mass towards the castle. A ghoul or two tried to get in his way, but it only too a punch or a kick to send them reeling. V was very curious to see what this alien looked like up close...

As Ka'lara stepped outside of this door that Junior had created which had allowed her to travel from the office of Darkman Tower to Ground Zero in a matter of no time at all, her body was already glowing. Or rather, the full-body tattoo that stood out jet black against her skin was glowing a soft white color as its abilities were already in play - keeping her safe from the otherwise deadly environment that surrounded her.

Full Body Tattoo:

Her long black hair was up in the messy bun of a ponytail she had put it into on her way to the office and her outfit was the same it had been when she arrived in Junior's office only moments ago to come here: a red sleeveless top, bandages wrapped down the lower half of her arms and covering the palms of her hands but leaving her fingertips bare, reddish black pants that went down just below her knees, and black open toed shinobi sandals. Her weapons, a variety of those she had gained in Edge and those she had brought with her from the shinobi lands, were in their various pouches in the belt that looped around her waist. Ka'lara's face was impassive as she took in the area around her with her life-force sense, searching out any threats: she was in battle mode which meant there would be no nonsense, she was completely focused on the task ahead.

She spotted The Vigilante nearby and saw him making his way to the castle; she caught up and followed, keeping enough distance apart from him in case the two were attacked. As a random demon came her way she sent out a side kick that shattered the demon's knee, bent his leg in at the wrong angle, and caused him to drop where he once stood - all without Ka'lara's face taking on any emotion at all. The demon, obviously thinking it best to leave, dragged himself away.

It was while in the midst of punching the fat freak with blows so forceful that it seemed the entire castle was shaking that he noticed them. 2 life forces outside, unlike any he'd felt since arriving in this deaded place. One of them felt... odd. It was alive, so he could feel the energy, yet it... didn't seem all there. There was another too. This one he could feel clearly. Both of them were powerful. An evil grin upon his lips, it seemed that the main event was about to begin.

Ki Sensing:

Were they inhabitants of this castle? This land? It didn't matter. Perhaps they would put up more of a challenge than the pathetic creatures he'd encountered so far. With one hand and while not even looking, Kyuuri blew a large hole in the fat freak by way of a ki blast, then began making his way back towards the front of the castle on an intercept course. By the time he got there, he figured they would have made it inside. Kyuuri continued to Power Up for what was sure to be an epic battle, because he was sure two strong beings like that weren't here to make friends.

Vigilante infiltrated the castle, seeing that Ka'lara had arrived too, possibly by Jr teleporting her here somehow. He wouldn't mind carrying her back when they left. After kicking open one of the large doors, he began to make his way inside of this place. Who made this castle? Who made this island float like this? There was nothing around besides demons, freaks, and this alien, apparently.

Eventually he would run into the alien in one of the large rooms of this castle, so see... that he was just a kid? And glowing somehow. "Wha?... you're the alien?" Vigilante said. "But you're just a lil fella. Was it really you over here killing up all of these freaks?"

V ordinarily knew better than to judge a book by it's cover, but he refused to believe that it was this kid over here killing hordes of mutants and freaks. All readings on this kid continued to come up unknown, yet the computer did ascertain that whoever he was, the threat level was massive.

V's strength and speed were at +3 for the moment. He could raise them higher if the need called for it. For now he just wanted to talk to the kid...

Ka'lara's blue colored gaze fell upon the 'alien' individual who could or could not be the one behind all of the death and destruction around them. Bodies littered parts of the castle and even nearby, and she knew that someone powerful had to be the cause behind all of this. Was it this kid? Was he really that dangerous? Ka'lara knew that back in the shinobi world kids could get dangerous at a very young age, so she wasn't about to let her guard down.

She glanced over to The Vigilante as he spoke to the kid, but she kept silent for now with her arms down by her sides. She quickly turned her focus back onto the kid, wondering what he was going to say and how he would take what The Vigilante said to him.

This kid didn't look like what she thought an alien would: she expected little antenna with balls at the end coming out of his head and green skin. Or perhaps something really scary like those aliens with the big eyes, mutated bodies, and huge mouths filled with sharp teeth who raided planets just to eat everyone because they were constantly hungry - like something out of a horror flick.

"What does my size have to do with my strength, idiot? And what's with that stupid outfit you're wearing? Because of my small size you doubt that i'd be able to handle these weaklings in this place?"

Kyuuri made fists and bent his knees somewhat as his aura grew larger around him, casting a violent breeze throughout the large chamber in which they stood. A maniacal expression was upon his face as his fighting power and speed continued to rise, making his muscles bulge somewhat. As his powers rose higher, the ground began to tremble.

"Then how about I demonstrate on the both of you? I won't go easy just because you have a female with you either! Those sort of sentiments are below me! Show me what the inhabitants of this planet are really capable of!"

Kyuuri took a pose to take off in any direction.

Power Up +3

Beneath his mask, V was frowning. So it seemed this alien was an asshole, and a cocky one at that. Still, V tried keeping his composure, because it was obvious that Jr wanted him to avoid a fight if he could. "Hey, no need to be a dick, kid. So you beat up a bunch of mutants, 10 points. My outfit is the latest fashion statement by the way..."

For some reason, there was a wind blowing from this kid, and the glow surrounding him seemed to get brighter. The ground began to shake too. The computers continued to assess this kid as a massive threat, the word massive blinking on his heads-up display. "Relax, kid. We didn't come here to fight you. With as many lives that were disappearing over here, all we were sent here to do is investigate. Honestly I could care less what you're doing over here, but we have a job to do, and we've done it. All we ask is that you keep this violence of yours right here..."

V really didn't feel like going head to head with a kid. He honestly thought that the kid wouldn't be able to do much in terms of damage, but there was the matter of the blinking word MASSIVE in his computer. He was curious to see this alien in action...

Ka'lara's face remained impassive while on the inside she was frowning: this kid seemed a bit cocky, and a bit of a jerk as he made a nasty comment about The Vigilante's suit which she thought was pretty cool personally. Ka'lara didn't have a problem with beating the crap out of a kid if that kid was a threat to others, but she wouldn't like it. She didn't want a fight even if she was ready: Junior had wanted them to come and take a look at this alien, just as The Vigilante said, and they'd done that. The question now was would this kid allow them to leave? Or where they going to have to fight their way out of this situation?

The kid said he wasn't going to go easy just because Ka'lara was a female, and she hadn't expected him to - not considering all of the freaks and mutants that he had killed in his time here so far.

"Yeah, I don't care either what you do over here. This place needed cleaned out anyway.", Ka'lara said, finally deciding to speak up while she waited to see what the kid was going to do. He looked like he might be ready to attack, and seemed to be doing something that was causing a wind to blow.

"Coward!"

Kyuuri blasted himself toward the costumed individual at +8 speed. He'd cross the room and a very fast rate of speed, hovering just above the ground. When he would close in upon him, a single roundhouse kick would be launched, aimed at his chest area. If he didn't have the defenses to withstand the kick, or the speed to get out of the way, he would be hit, and possibly sent flying straight through the wall behind him.

Flight:

If the kick were successful, he'd turn his attention next to the female. His blood was hot now; he didn't care if it were a 2 on 1 battle. Kyuuri felt more than enough for the both of them. He'd blast himself towards her next, still hovering himself, his feet just above the surface of the floor. Were she not able to dodge or block in time, she would be victim to the kick aimed for the bottom of her chin. Were it to hit, she would be launched airborne, where Rapid Movement would have Kyuuri already, immediately following the chin kick. When she would fly up to meet him, the doublehanded blow would come next, to knock her back towards the floor at a high rate of speed.

EVADE EVADE EVA---

The kid was across the room faster than he'd be able to see. Then there was pain as the wind was knocked out of his lungs. Then there was the feeling that he was flying. Then the feeling of crashing through something hard on the back of his neck, his upper back, his shoulders. The stinging pain, the feeling that he wanted to go to sleep. It was almost like it wasn't real; like he was dreaming.

He hit the ground then, and rolled. The heads-up display was fuzzy, blinking, and covered with dirt. Lying there a while to gather his bearings, the realization hit him that the kid had knocked him through a wall and completely outside. What the hell kind of alien was he? Where even the kids were this strong?

Vigilante coughed several times as he pulled himself back to his feet, looking at the hole in the wall of the castle. He tried to shake off the nasty feeling. Ka'lara was in there with that kid. A man wouldn't leave a woman alone to face off against a monster of a tyke like him, so he began back towards the hole, thinking of a new game plan...

The Vigilante was hit and sent flying through a wall, but Ka'lara couldn't risk taking her attention off of the alien individual: she hoped that The Vigilante's suit protected him from the effects of such a nasty attack. She hadn't been expecting the kid to be able to move that fast or hit that hard but he was, and she would deal with it. The kid then turned his attention on Ka'lara as she had expected him to given his comment about not caring that she was female. He moved towards her, likely to attack her, and Ka'lara didn't stand still and take it. With speed that matched Kyuuri's as she could move at +8 speed naturally she dodged out of the way and to the right (Kyuuri's left) of what would have been a nasty chin kick.

She didn't stop there, however, as she used a form of Mystical Martial Arts, which she had trained, to prepare a nasty attack: energy would coat her legs in preparation for the attack she was about to launch at this alien. Once she was to the right she would move so that her form would end up behind the alien creature if he didn't turn around. She wouldn't slow from her attack as she would launch a kick towards Kyuuri's back once in place: however it wasn't the kick that was meant to hit him but the energy that shot from the kick - as her actual foot wouldn't make physical contact if it hit him. She figured that this energy wouldn't kill the individual, but she did hope it would at least - should he prove unable to dodge something aimed for what she hoped was the back of him - knock him into or even through the wall across from him.

Mystical Martial Arts:

If this attack would prove to hit the alien, Ka'lara would take a fighting stance, prepared for what was going to come next...

"Weakling."

The man in the funny outfit was sent flying, to crash through a wall. But, the attack he sent towards the female missed. It would seem that the both of them were on equal terms when it came to speed and power. A contest of speed was pointless when it came to her, he realized this immediately as his foot touched nothing but air.

He could feel power traveling into her legs, meaning she was preparing an attack. if he was to win against her, he would have to take her by surprise; catch her off guard. Kyuuri waited until the moment her attack was launched, and put Rapid Movement into play. To her, it would probably seem that he vanished into thin air, to re-appear behind her now. A similar kick to hers would be launched while her kick would be still traveling through the air. If successful she instead would be sent flying, to crash through tables, chairs, other furniture, and possibly the wall and outside.

Rapid Movement:

"Perhaps you'll put up a better fight than that clown outside! Such a shame that it had to be a female!"

"CLOWN!? Why you little--"

Vigilante flew back into the room, debating on whether or not he wanted to risk using Super Mode again, after the toll it took on him last time. With how fast this kid was moving, it was looking like he wouldn't have a choice.

He was going to have to stop his fast moves. With both wrists aimed, he fired stremas of adhesive; one wrist aimed directly at him as he attempted to kick Ka'lara, the other aimed in the direction that V figured he'd try to dodge. Were he to be stuck, the more he moved, the more the adhesive would stick to him.

Adhesive:

If he got stuck, then V planned to unload on the kid and cocoon him within the stuff. He just hoped that Kalara didn't make any erratic moves and get stuck herself...

"The fuc---"

Ka'lara was hit from behind and sent flying just as she had intended to do to the alien. She smashed through tables, chairs, and anything else that got in her way until she hit the wall. She smashed into it and the wall crumbled around her; though she didn't go through it. She landed in a heap of debris but was on her feet quickly: her tattoo having dulled the physical damage that would have otherwise been great.

Full Body Tattoo:

She took in the sight of The Vigilante attempting to hit the alien with something that Ka'lara was sure she didn't want to get in the way of - which made her think it best to attack from a distance now. Would this alien use whatever fancy trick he had just used on her to dodge this attack? Or would it hit him? Ka'lara had her own technique that was similiar to what the alien had usedand was prepared to use it when needed. For now though, with energy still pulsing through her legs she launched several more kicks of energy, three in total, one right after the other, towards the alien from where she stood. One kick of energy was aimed to hit him right where he was while the other two were aimed at the left and right of him in case he were to move - though she ensured that none of these energy blasts would end up hitting The Vigilante.

Mystical Martial Arts:

While she attacked she was prepared to stop at a moments notice and get herself out of harms way... But would this alien really be able to dodge all of this?

The girl went on a trip next, causing him to smirk and land on his feet again. He could hear the crashing noises as she flew across the room.

Kyuuri had no idea what that white stuff was that the costumed individual was shooting towards him, but he knew it wouldn't be a good idea to let it touch him. He would repel the substance before it touched him with a Kiai. It was a force of energy released from his body, able to repel certain attacks. It was as strong as he was, so likely the substance would be sent flying back into his face.

Kiai:

He then turned to be kicked in the face, making him reel backwards. Putting his head back down again, he only grinned evilly towards the girl, feeling the sting of the hit, making his blood boil even more. He wiped blood from the side of his mouth with the back of his right hand. He'd then turn back to the costumed man.

"That woman is putting up a better fight than you, clown," he said. "You should be disgraced as a man to be shown up by a woman!"

Kyuuri would blast himself toward the costumed man again. Once he closed in, he would begin to launch a barrage of punches. To him they would probably seem super fast, aimed mostly toward his head and chest. An uppercut, should it land, would send him upwards. Kyuuri would take off after him, launching a kick before he hit the ceiling, to send him in another direction. Kyuuri would take off after him again, launching a final kick, that would send the costumed man barreling straight towards the female at a high rate of speed.

Would she catch him, and probably be sent downwards into a hole in the ground? Or would she dodge and let her comrade suffer severe injury? This much would be seen soon.

This kid was starting to piss him off. He'd hit a woman, and it seemed to like to run his mouth and call names. Whatever that force was that came off of his body made his Adhesive fly off into the opposite direction.

He said Ka'lara was putting up a better fight than he was, and that much was probably true. He got so pissed off coming up with a retort that he failed to notice the kid approaching at high speed again. V began to think he was dreaming again, being hit many times. Some of the punches he managed to block, but it did little good. Then there was that uppercut that had him seeing white spots, and flying up towards the ceiling. Before he would hit though, there was that kick that made him change direction. Not long after that was another kick, making him fly towards the ground.

It was through the white spots that he saw that he was flying toward Ka'lara. He didn't expect her to try and catch him with that heavy suit on; if she got out of the way, he wouldn't blame her. He was in too much of a daze to stop himself. Were he not knocked out after landing, he'd have to put an end to this fight before things got worse. Super Mode it had to be...

The kid was grinning evily and it sent goosebumps up her spine. She didn't like the looks of that grin and it caused her to react while he was talking shit towards The Vigilante and beginning to launch his attack: hand seals were formed and words shouted over the barrage of attacks "Shadow Clone Jutsu!".

Shadow Clone Jutsu:

Suddenly Ka'lara wasn't alone: there were multiple clones of her - four extra plus herself bringing it to a total of five Ka'lara's now in the room they were fighting in. Two of the clones stayed behind to 'catch' (or at least break his fall if they failed to actually catch him) The Vigilante as, after many nasty attacks, he was sent flying towards where Ka'lara had been standing.

While two clones were staying behind to catch Vigilante - something that she knew would likely cause them to disperse afterwards due to the force of impact, the other two clones went running straight towards the Saiyan to continue to launch a barrage (five each) of the same energy kicks that Ka'lara had already used - one clone to the alien's right while the other was to his left.

Ka'lara meanwhile utilized flash step to get herself out of harms way and across the room on the opposite side of the alien where she would begin to pull energy into her hands that were at her sides; hands together and fingers out like claws... a glowing ball beginning to form.

Kyuuri noticed that the girl could make copies of herself when he landed after kicking the costumed man toward her. He also noticed that she could exercise extreme bouts of speed. When two of the girls ran at him and began kicking, while using both of his arms to block the energy kicks, he finally noticed that she could manipulate Ki Energy.

"Are the females the dominate race on this backwater planet!? You're PATHETIC, clown!"

Kyuuri, after blocking the kicks of the twin females on either sides of him (his arms stinging like all hell of course) went airborne again, up near the ceiling, and put his hands together, the palms open and touching at the bottoms, and brought them to his right side. A sphere of Ki could be seen gathering, colored orange. A low humming sound began that started to rise in pitch as the energy began to charge. Bits of Ki began to be dragged toward the sphere at Kyuuri's side.

Energy Wave:

With a demonic expression he'd yell "Let's see who's really the strongest here!!"

Alright that was it.

He'd had enough of this little asshole calling him clown and saying he was no better than a female. The new suit got a good enough trial run, but if this kept on, he was going to do Big V some serious damage. He could already feel aches and pains as the 2 Ka'lara clones caught him, but vanished into smoke.

Something was bleeding on his face. It felt like his insides had been rattled with baseball bats. Vigilante was frustrated with himself because he hadn't utilized any of his gadgets, shields or tricks; he'd been caught with his pants down. He was more pissed at himself than he was at this stupid alien kid. Now came the time to end this.

The suit's systems were pushed into overdrive as Super Mode became active, pushing his speed and strength to +10. A glow appeared surrounding him, similar to the kid when they first got here. "You wanna see who's the strongest, you little virgin shit?? I'll SHOW YOU!!" yelled V as he rushed towards the kid with jets active.

Super Mode:

V threw a right hand. If he didn't have a way to move, he was gonna be seeing stars just like V had seconds ago. The right hand connecting would be so forceful that it would easily throw the kid through the ceiling and outside of this castle. Were it to hit him, V would blast off and follow him. The mid-air beatdown was next.

Every punch and kick was gonna feel like two and three blows given at once, and they came in a flurry, while calling the kid all manner of assholes, mother fuckers, sons of bitches, and other names even he himself didn't figure he knew. The combo ended with a kick after a barrel roll, aimed for the chest; a critical impact blow designed to put him down, if not for a long time, for good.

Super Mode Post Count: 1

The two clones that had executed the five blocked kicks poofed when they were finished: they had had just enough chi in them to execute that amount of kicks. Only the real Ka'lara was left behind, feet in a wide stance to keep her balance, arms still at her sides and hands still cupped in a bowl shape with her fingers forming claws. The glowing core of the Aura Sphere was fully formed at this point and about the size of a golf ball with the core containing its own gravity that was continuing to pull more chi into it.

Auara Sphere:

Ka'lara didn't move, seeing The Vigilante out of the corner of her eye beginning to glow while the alien seemed to be preforming a similar technique as the one that Ka'lara was creating while doing a whole lot of shit talking that Ka'lara paid little attention to. Ka'lara continued to form the sphere even as she saw The Vigilante take off, far faster than he had before, and begin to launch a barrage of attacks at the alien kid: Ka'lara kept herself prepared in case the alien kid got himself out of harms way - continuing to prepare to attack with the Aura Sphere if it proved needed.

Aura Sphere Prep: 2

The excitement came to an end, and turned into shock as the costumed man started glowing, moved faster than even he, and punched him in the face. The energy sphere vanished as he was launched backwards and through the ceiling.

The blows he received outside felt like he was being hit multiple times; he couldn't explain it. How had this costumed break suddenly began moving so fast? How had he become so strong? There was no way to block, no way to avoid. The final kick took much out of Kyuuru, sending him toward the ground at a high rate of speed to crash into the dirt and create a tremendous cloud of dust.

For long moments that seemed to just stretch on and on, there was nothing but pain. Pain, humiliation, extreme anger. He was no longer in any condition to fight; he was technically done for. If the suited man aimed to finish him off, this was the time to do so...

"...Little mother fucker, you..."

After the kid crashed into the ground, there was just smoke. There were no further actions. Had he killed the alien? V didn't have time to wait and find out. Using his jets, he flew back inside the castle.

"Come on, I don't have alotta time. If I don't move fast I could get stuck here," he said, grabbing up Ka'lara and boosting them both back outside. There still appeared to be no movements from the alien kid, so carrying Ka'lara, Vigilante began flying away from Ground Zero.
