Description: User with this ability either is or can transform into an Angel, a being connected and serving Higher Powers. Most commonly user simply manifests wings, inner glow and/or a halo, which is the usual form angels are imagined, but there are several kinds of angels who are far less humanoid, some ranging from strange to surreal.

For practical reasons angels can be divided into three groups defined by what they are formed from:

Physical Angels aren't necessarily solid matter, but they are material/energy beings with relatively defined/stable form and often at least somewhat human-like mind. Most users that aren't originally of angelic stock have this variation. Note that angels of this group aren't necessarily any weaker than those of the other groups, they are simply more "solid" in mind and body.

Spiritual Angels are completely spiritual beings, and thus far less bound to the laws of physics or single form. Many of them think in ways that are only tangentially relatable to humans, and their forms are both transient and often downright surreal.

Ethereal Angels are often both the most powerful and ancient angels, in some ways closer to sentient concepts than anything else. As such, relating to them in any way is likely impossible.

History: Fourth born, Seraphina was the youngest and only female child of the King family. Her very beginnings are shrouded in long forgotten tales and secrets and she cares very little for bringing it up. From a very young age she showed proficient usage in magic; capable of doing things not often seen with very little effort on her part. Her powers grew; becoming nearly impossible to mask and hide without proper training.
Perhaps this is exactly why upon her sixteenth birthday, in the midst of traveling, she was snatched up and never heard from again.
She wasn't dead of course. No, she was doomed to suffer a far worse fate.
She had been taken by one of the oldest families still in existence: the Ishikawa family, former rulers of Shinkai Shigai. Their homeland was suffering greatly and they needed a powerful and magical 'sacrifice' to offer up to the land to make it prosper again. Not wanting to sacrifice any of their own people to this imprisonment they searched long and hard and followed rumors of a young female with extraordinary gifts and talents. It was then and there that Seraphina was imprisoned: where she would float, suspended by magical chains inside of a marble coffin with chains surrounding it and dark curses that kept her powers bound: with the very earth she's buried in constantly feasting off of her magical energy and keeping her in a constant weakened state. Left there to rot , suspended physically at the very age she was captured at, even far after the city of Shinkai Shigai was repaired; the constant captive, prisoner, of the Ishikawa family.
Now, deep in the very heart of what is now known as Velo City - hidden within a winding maze of catacombs long forgotten - the female who has slumbered for thousands of years has awaken... How will she escape?

Updated History
After thousands of years of waiting for a rescue she had started to feel was never going to come Seraphina King is finally free. Shinkai Shigai, now known as Velo City, is under the rule of Nova King her nephew. Nova was venturing in the very catacombs that hide her coffin when he stumbled across the thing. Seraphina, who had been awake at the time called out for help and was heard!
Unable to open the coffin himself Nova dragged the coffin up into the Tower of the Immortal where he then summoned his father, Maximillian King, Seraphina's brother, to help! After some convincing, in which Seraphina ended up convicing Maximillian of who she was by saying she used to call him "Illian" until she was about three years old because she could never pronounce his name right, Maximillian raged and demanded the coffin open itself and free her: which it did!
After a lot of hugging and tears, in which neither sibling wanted to let go of the other, Seraphina is finally stepping into the new world.
Her youngest niece, Sicarius, who had a great deal of mental powers and an ability that allows her to do anything she can imagine, has given Seraphina a second chance at life. She has turned Seraphina into her six year old self, giving her the chance to grow up alongside of her older brother. However, that is not all! Sicarius has also turned Seraphina into a mixture of a Diety and a Fairy: granting her immortality and the ability to survive in this new world. Now rewinded back into a child, including her mentality, Seraphina has a chance to once again grow up and explore a whole new world!

Updated History 2.0
After Sicarius and Seraphina were left alone they were confronted by Alec Kane who, after showing them what had happened to Demi when she was killed, offered them a chance to become full blooded Kane's. Both females accepted and while Sicarius became yet another daughter of Alec's, Seraphina became his younger sister. Choosing to go to Makkura with Alec instead of Edge like Sicarius had done she set out on a new adventure as a full blooded Angel who wouldn't use the majority of her powers and abilities.
