Fresh air; that's exactly what she needed. She might have been a freaky combination of a Vampire and a Spirit, she might not have needed air to survive... but she needed fresh air. She needed to keep her head clear. It was easier when she wasn't inside, when she wasn't constantly thinking about the things that were still running through her mind in high speeds.
Her and this Aisling had become more of the same person; and with that merging came some very strange feelings; feelings that she didn't know if she should be happy to feel or not. A hell of a lot of confusion came with it too. But, if she was busy then she didn't have time to think about it right?
She hadn't thought about it for one second while saving that bank that was being robbed, and now... well, apparently some werewolf had received a freaky bite by a Vampire which had somehow and for some reason turned the damn thing feral. Now it needed put down. Something she was more than willing to do; so long as she didn't get into trouble for the mess that she might make. She could kill cleanly, yes... but she needed an outlet to vent on, and an insane beast that was going around taking lives and causing issues seemed like the perfect target to vent some pent up frustration, confusion, and agitation on.
Aww, is little Demitria upset?
I really don't need your shit in my head right now.
But it's fuuuun.
Will it be so fun when I rip your arms and legs off faster than they can regrow?
.... Spoil sport.
Asshole.Head back into the game she jumped and leaped from building to building, searching the alley ways and other dark areas for this werewolf. She didn't think it would be stupid enough to head into the more populated streets; after all, even humans could kill werewolves if enough of them were involved in the task. So, she kept her senses peeled towards the darker and quieter streets, searching for anything that looked or sounded like a giant fuzzy beast on a rampage.
From building to building she went, looking, searching... finding? A sound off to the left of her caused her to pause, head tilting as she focused on the sound more than the other things that were going on in the city around herself. The click of claws and nails on concrete first alerted her to the sound, followed by what sounded like trash cans, metal ones, being thrown around.. and then a scream. High pitched, female, young sounding. Apparently the fuzzy ass had found lunch.
She took off as fast as she could move, form turning to a blur as she dove off of the building to the ground below. She flipped mid air and landed in a crouch before taking off down the alley way without pause. She didn't want to have to explain why an innocent victim ended up dead because she couldn't move fast enough, or didn't care to. Nope, she was not going to have the blood of an innocent person on her hands when she could do something to prevent it.
You're going soft, Demitria. We all knew it would happen, eventually...Go fuck yourself.Awww, is the little prodigy upset?I'm finding you next......A grin spread across her face at the mental impression of the shit talking suddenly shitting himself. It wasn't an empty threat either, but it was a task she would deal with next: right now she had a girl to save from a big bad werewolf.
As she turned the corner she saw the giant beast in front of her, towering over the female it wanted to make into its latest meal. Demi dived forward without hesitation, grabbing onto the giant beast, causing its attention to turn. "Go, hurry the hell up! Run!" The female didn't have to be told more than once, thankfully, and thankfully she wasn't too shell shocked to move: she took off like a bat out of hall, tripping and almost falling as she slipped and then ran her way out of the alley way as fast as her human legs could carry her.
Without having to worry about the girl she could put her knee into the giant beasts back, hands wrapping around his forearms as fingernails extended into claws. While pressing into his back with her knee she pulled backwards, a popping sound and then the wet sound of ripping flesh filled the air as she flew backwards, the werewolves arms in hers. She flipped and landed, releasing the arms which had already begun shifting back to their human state. She rushed forward again as the werewolf howled in pain, grabbing hold of its neck this time and giving a vicious twist: removing its head cleanly from its body.
She landed again and stood slowly, watching as the beast reverted back to its human state. She looked by to the nearest dumpster and did a quick clean up job of disposing of the head, body, and arms into the thing, and then walked away... already feeling better.
