This was once home to a shitload of those super people that come and go from the big building downtown. Darkman Tower. The Boss was Alec Kane, that Angel guy with the dufflebag. He once was a part of this INC thing. The scanners let him know that even though this place was closed now, the equipment and computers still functioned just fine. Maybe there'd be info left over. With his negation ability, he was confident that anyone with supernatural abilities wouldn't be able to find him, granting him a sort of "stealth." He couldn't be traced directly if hacking a computer because of the chips he'd left in other districts, but after a limited amount of time, someone tracing him could pinpoint his exact location. He'd have to limit his time stealing info from cyberspace.

Gaining access to the place was easy enough. The Main Building... The receptionist computer still functioned. As speculated, it was locked. Hacking through the security wasn't very difficult. Vigilante was able to steal several files out and cut his connection before anyone could pin down his exact location.

All a bunch of freakshows. Were these really the people who were spinning the wheels of this crazy city? A lot full of godly beings all full of themselves, making out with each other. What the hell was a "pansexual" anyway? Was that some kind of freakshow super people term? V began to see things he'd rather didn't see. One more trip inside. Matt started to sweat under his armor. What if one of those super freaks decided to come after him? He'd been in plenty of fights, but never against somebody like the people in this computer. It'd be a cool way to test the limitations of his suit, but he'd rather avoid fighting someone. Something in the back of his head was telling him to get out now, to run away, but the rest of him wanted the rest of these files. He pressed the buttons on both his wrist computer and the receptionist terminal to again sign online, examining the INC files, and also those of Darkman Tower.
