| So... She had spoken with the leader of Edge City... From what she had seen he seemed like a level individual... He didn't seem like he was likely to up and start a war with her. That was good news to her. Very good news. She was dying. She wanted to make certain that her city survived after her early demise. Her city was the closest thing to a child she had... All of the citizens... They depended on her to protect them... To keep them safe from the disgusting threats of the world outside of her city.
Her city was really the only thing she had to live for. Now, Himitsu was a determined person. She was willing to die to accomplish something if need be. Three years of intensive mental and physical training had hardened her body and mind to an extreme point... That wasn't including the six year long man hunt she had gone through... But her sickness had raped her body of it's abilities. She was so fragile... So thin and unheathy...
Even in death her enemy had given her a kiss of demise. His blood had gotten in her cuts and had infected her with his poison... Twenty and one years old she had been when she had fought him. She had been so intent on his ending. So intent on watching him beg for the sweet release of the reaper's kiss... But he had not begged... He had only laughed in her face! Asking her how she felt, knowing that she had wasted over ten years of her life on killing him, knowing that she could've done something so much better and productive for her city.
But he had been a threat. He had killed Satoshi. He had been after her once before; what would stop him from trying to finish his job in the future but his death?
Yes... That had been how she had justified killing him. How she had justified killing everyone he loved... Everyone he knew. That was how she rectified it. If she had to hurt then everyone had to hurt just like her. Everyone would have to understand her pain, her dejection, that crushing feeling of insanity in loneliness.
But that had been her mindset four years ago. Now she just wanted peace and quiet. She just wanted to go out quietly, perhaps in her sleep... If she had to choose how she was going to die? She would go out softly riding on Re's back as he flew in the air... She had always wanted to fly... To be close to the sweet heaven that she knew she would be denied. The thought of one's death was always a bitter sweet tangent.
Closing her eyes she felt two crystal beads trail down her hollowed cheeks before hitting each other under her chin and dripping onto the green collar of her over shirt. Today she was dressed casually, wearing a short sleeved and high collared white shirt, over which was a short sleeved dark green furry hooded shirt. Her undershirt matched her white pants, which were tucked into her black flat footed boots.
She would be leaning on Re'yoak's side. They were a bit away from Edge City, taking a short rest. More for Himitsu's sake than Re's. Re was a huge dragon, and he was going to be in his true form while they travelled. Flying was still a pretty nice way to travel, especially when Himitsu had a dragon to fly her places at her will.
Of course, she didn't take advantage of his being contracted to her. She was not a slave driver, she respected his needs and wants... Most of the time. Normally she sent him away when she entered a fight. He hated it but she did it for his protection. He was the only person that she had left from before everything went to hell in her life. To her he was her only friend, her closest ally. She valued him greatly. She knew that when she died he would simply resume his solitary life away from everything... But if she had to watch him fall? She just couldn't fathom... No... She would no longer be a human. Sure she acted like she wasn't phased by death any more; to be honest, the subject bothered her no longer... That was until it came to someone she valued.
Sighing she tilted her head back and said, "Come on Re. Remember we're going to go handle diplomatic treaties and the like with the Boss of Sugure no Shima... We need to get moving. I hate flying mid day."
With that she somehow attempted to climb her way up Re's side and get herself settled without falling back to earth and landing on her head.

| Eh... He hadn't been that big of a fan of Edge City. A lot of people, not a lot of space. Maybe he was just strange and clausterphobic... Nah. He just wasn't used to the cramped hobbling-tilted-burrows humans and the other two-legged-no-horns called a house, or the narrow-smoke-breather-pathways that they called a road. He was so distant from humanity and the creatures that mocked them's cultures. Himitsu had never corrected his terminology, but then again they often just communicated via emotional sensing or telepathic commands and chatter Himitsu spoke. There wasn't that much of a need to verbally talk when a magical contract allowed for mental communication. They were currently far outside of Edge City, Himitsu had asked for a rest and had allowed him to finally shed the guise of a two-legged-no-horned. No words in the human tongue could describe the tingling, slightly good but at the same time itchy feeling that he always felt when shifting back to his true form after speaking the charged word. It felt the same but slightly suffocating whenever he shifted opposite. - Ability Used:
Name: Transformation Power Rank: PC Description: Re'yoak is unlike most of his race. While he is not a werebeast, he can shift between a dragon (his true form), and a human like appearance he takes on to blend in via magical means. The transformation process is triggered by the simple thought "transform". The word 'transform' has to be thought or spoken aloud with energy, as if casting a spell. The transformation itself takes only a brief .00011 seconds to take place with either form he is transforming into.
Now he was simply letting his spastic mind wander as Himitsu leaned against his side... He was close to two thousand years old, he was wise when compared to all humans and then some of the other race member. Our knowledge is our power... He who increaseth his knowledge also increaseth his sorrows. That statement was so earth-shakingly true that it could pierce the fluttering heart of the woefully ignorant star crossed lover with their single misstep. The truth was as sharp and breath reaping as the kissing end of a finely tuned katana. He had yet to meet anyone older than himself. It was saddening but he understood at the same time. How was a magically influenced being supposed to survive in a world with humans for as long as he had or more? All that were his age or wiser were solitary beings that had hidden themselves away from the world long before he had came to know what real pain ever was. "Come on Re. Remember we're going to go handle diplomatic treaties and the like with the Boss of Sugure no Shima... We need to get moving. I hate flying mid day." Ah... He hadn't forgotten for one moment were they were supposed to be going or what they were supposed to be doing there. He was just waiting for Himitsu to stop dying to fast all over him, she had called it a break, he called it as her not trying to hack blood all over his white body fur and scales. It almost hurt him to feel her try to climb up his side and begin to fail. When he had first fallen under contract with her she had been able to jump up and climb his side in a heart beat... But now... He shook his head softly to rid his mind from the thoughts. He didn't want to think of it. If he did then his contract would kick in and rip him apart spiritually. Being conflicted spiritually was not a thing wanted when he had to concentrate on flying. Exhaling slowly he flattened himself out a bit to make her climb easier. When she was settled he launched himself into the air, flying over both land and sea until they reached their island destination.
