She had woken up on Sunset Island a day ago, and had spent the majority of that day getting herself comfortable and used to this new world. Things were far more different here then where she had come from - like the fact that she didn't get tired, that she was far stronger and faster than she had been, that she used something called chi now instead of chakra - and had an endless supply to boot.
But, none of it could make her very happy. She had a pocket full of useless ryo and a sadness in her heart from the emptiness in her head. Her head had never been quiet, not since the day her and her twin were born. They had always been connected, always there even when they were blocking each other out. Now? That was gone. It was just her in her head, all of that empty useless space, and it was depressing, a constant reminder of what her brother had done to save her life. He had kicked her through the 'hole' between the dimensions before it closed, saving her while sacrificing himself...
But, she had realized very quickly that she couldn't dwell on her depression. There were things she needed, and the currency, credits, she needed to fill her pockets with. She had procured for herself a fake ID that claimed her at being twenty-one, not that hard to pass off given she looked older than sixteen.
As she had been wandering the island she had heard talk about a new club, called Zero Sum, that had just opened, and which had plenty of available jobs, figuring that she would give it a shot with her new, but otherwise fake ID, she headed to Edge...
